We just upgraded our car from a 2023 to a 2026.

We just upgraded our car from a 2023 to a 2026. Worked with Latrell as well as the managers Mo and Dion. Brandon helped with the financial. We were pleased with everybody. Everyone is so kind and works very well with us. They were very respectful. They helped us find the best deal for the trade and we were very happy with everything. The car is very nice.

I’ll preface this review that I’ve received zero response

I’ll preface this review that I’ve received zero response from the dealership on this. I’ve contacted them multiples times, asked for a response, and given them opportunity for weeks, but have received nothing. Issues were as follows: 1. After saying no multiple times, I agreed to GAP and warranty, which was quoted at “$16 per month.” Reviewing the paperwork afterwards, the contract had nearly $100 a month. Multiple attempts to contact the finance manager went unanswered, I had to escalate to the GM, who cancelled it, but never addressed the situation. 2. The primary problem was realized a few days after the purchase. I drove from a few hours away, and the truck was clearly listed as having black rims. The dealership sent me a video that specifically mentioned “black rims.” As stated, a few days later I noticed one of the “rims” looked off. After further inspection, they had marketed and sold a vehicle with black hubcaps (that had a stock Chevy logo in the middle). I reached out multiple times, and once again got zero response. The primary reason I purchased my truck from dealership vs another was based on their positive online reviews and I regret that decision. I would not recommend making a purchase here based on my experience, which shows a pure lack of integrity and disregard of valid customer concerns.

I recently purchased a 2022 Nissan Frontier from Scott

I recently purchased a 2022 Nissan Frontier from Scott Clark Nissan, and my experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Before visiting the dealership, the salesperson told me over the phone that my payment would not exceed $380 per month. Once the paperwork was done, I found out I would actually be paying over $427 per month. That alone felt like a bait-and-switch. The truck also didn’t come with floor mats or a bed liner, and I ended up having to pay an extra $800 just to get a bed liner added. They couldn’t even offer basic floor mats. I spent over 4 hours at the dealership waiting for them to “detail” the truck and complete the paperwork. My trade-in was valued at $5,800 on Kelley Blue Book, yet they only gave me $3,800. To make matters worse, I later saw they listed my old truck on their website for $13,000. And the problems didn’t stop there. They took my truck for a spray-in bed liner and told me it would take one day. It’s now been three days, and I still don’t have it back. The communication has been terrible throughout the entire process. Overall, this has been one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had. I cannot recommend Scott Clark Nissan based on the quality of their communication, transparency, or customer service.
