They did a great job on telling me what services needed to be done now and which ones could wait.
I looked online before going to the dealer. I went to the dealer knowing exactly which car i wanted. The first thing they did was show me the car which... i loved. After that the process was quick and easy with Salesman Khanh Tran. He was very friendly, very easy to work with and gave us an approximate time of wait. I was only there for a few hours and drove out with my new car.

I purchased several vehicles through Toyota town and country. They are really helpful and do whatever they can to get you to buy the car. However, when... it comes down to the servicing and warranty of the vehicle, they treat you poorly. The service manager told me that he will no longer service the vehicle that I bought at their dealership because of personal issues between us. Their excuse is that a business has the right to refuse their business to whomever they please. This is crazy.
Service was not very helpful. Just wanted to ?up sell? me and wasn?t willing to go the extra step to fix a tire situation, which is why I was there to... start with.

My service tech was Gary Wilson he was very helpful 135 service was bono charge for tire rotation since I had purchased tires from town and country. Derive... was polite helpful and quick. Shuttle was very good got back to work quickly and was oicked up again and get car both Gary and dale driver were very nice and helpful very good experience

The service in Town and Country Toyota decreased a lot since I bough my Toyota 2 years ago. The Consultant wasn't very friendly and didn't care too much... about my car. I said to him that I was listening a noise in the steering well and he didn't want to know about it, so, if anything happens to me, it's going to be Toyota's falt! Also I had scheduled and the service took too long to be done. If I knew that it would be so much time, I had drop my car in the dealer and pick up latter, but nobody told me nothing. Also, little things like the dealer use to give water and ice cream, not anymore. If you want a water you have to buy. Toyota post sales use to be much better, unfortunately now it's decreasing.
