We went in on a Sunday afternoon. Ethan Brown approached us and was extremely pleasant. He was so nice. We left to go to another dealership but came back... to Ethan. An hour or so later , my daughter was driving off in her 2015 Nissan Sentra SV. She absolutely loved it. Great customer service!!!!!

You won’t find a bigger Rick Hendrick Fayetteville than me; this place will have my business until the day I die. I had a run in with a competitive Toyota... dealership in the area, and needless to say, their lack of transparency drove me into the arms of Rick Hendrick Fayetteville, Dylan, and Eva. They not only completely beat the price, but I didn’t feel pressured to buy garbage I didn’t want. Heck, they even tinted my windows. Seriously, I love this dealership so much that I want to have children just to buy them cars from here. If you’re looking for a new car, please stop off here and give them a chance. Mentioned truck was making drivetrain noise while carryin a load 800-1000 lbs. Typically a Ujoint. Came back to me could not recreate the noise...duh.... Its not there when truck is empty.

I was only going in for maintenance and repair for my 2016 Toyota Corolla, but while I was there I was browsing the lot and this very nice Jamaican gentleman... Gabrie, walked up to me and ask if I needed help. I told him I was only looking around and that I was waiting for my car which was in the shop. And we got to talking about cars, mainly the Camry. As he was talking he named everything that was on the car that I was looking for for a while. And it peeks my interest. He was very knowledgeable and know what he was talking about. He was also very patient and on top of that he wasn?t pushy like most people. He gave me and my husband the time to look around and was there when we have any questions. I know he was doing his job, but I bought the car because of him. My first car was a Toyota and I have been a fan ever since. The staff was even helpful too. Very accommodating and clean. So that you Gabrie for your awesomeness and thank you Hendricks Toyota for having what I was looking for.

Everything was fine until I showed up at the dealer to pick up a used truck. I was paying cash, should have been a in and out process. ?Not the case?.... The woman working in the finance dept is rude as they come. I waited almost 3 hours to be able to pay so I could leave. They knew I was on my way should have been a easy transaction. I arrived at 1pm. I was not able to leave till 4:30pm. I will NEVER buy from here again.
