Julian Soto is an amazing sales associate and an asset to Rick Hendrick Toyota. He was very professional and attentive, listening to what his customer... actually wanted instead of trying to pressure you into buying something you don't necessarily want. If you are in the market for a new, or new to you, vehicle then I can't recommend him enough. He even followed up afterwards, just to make sure everything was still good. Who does that?? Typically after a sales associate is finished with the sale, you are no longer of interest to them. Not Julian! I would give him more than 5 stars if it would let me!

From management to the lowest level, they do not care about costumers, they will find ways to trick costumers to buy a car highly overpriced. Their favorite... technique is “bad cop good cop”, where the lowest ranking salesman and the team leader will play their respective part. At first, I didn’t get it but after going back and forth on the deals, I figure it out. Be extra careful with Randy Velasquez, this guy had the audacity to threat me with extra charges if I didn’t buy the car, he maliciously putted me in without a lien holder. He said the bank had backed down on the loan offer, they originally agree to covered. I kept coming back to the dealership for days and he was either unavailable or his answer was a lie. After 21 days, he calls me in but refuses to tell me the reason, I arrived and he informs me that I have to resign the purchase paperwork because the original deal was a “no go”. The new deal had increased my monthly payment by almost $100. Thank god, I had a good credit score so my original interest rate didn’t change. I hope my experience helps you decide when considering purchasing from them. Remember this, they don’t care about you, they only care about lying and selling. Corporations are evil, you will be better off buying from small local dealers. I am not quoting any business but anyone else is better than these guys.

We went in on a Sunday afternoon. Ethan Brown approached us and was extremely pleasant. He was so nice. We left to go to another dealership but came back... to Ethan. An hour or so later , my daughter was driving off in her 2015 Nissan Sentra SV. She absolutely loved it. Great customer service!!!!!

The big but, I purchase a used Tundra from this dealership and I am from out the area. The whole buying process and the corporate Hendrick glamour was... nice. BUT, the truck had problems that WITH OUT A DOUBT that a Toyota certified technician should have caught, before they put this truck out on the lot. Then comes the fun part. the lies. I mailed in my title for my trade immediately, then 3 weeks later they "just got it". So the tag registration transfer, the promised 2nd set of keys, all kept getting blown off. I was sending READ RECEIPT emails that they even stopped reading those. Great looking dealership, modern buying experience, but they need to take a HARD look at their follow up skills, because they suck, I mean REALLY suck.

I did not understand price match for tired. I was so very impressed with Jack Reagan who assisted us. He was knowledgeable, professional and extremely... personable. I generally have anxiety about any type of car repairs but Jack actually made this a very pleasant experience. The shop was extremely busy but Jack took the time to explain everything to me and I did not feel rushed. I will DEFINITELY seek him out on next visit

Came in to get my oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out within an hour thanks to Steve Mika’s excellent service. I also upgraded my service... plan that saved me money for my future services. I will recommend my friends and family to this dealership.

I came in to Toyota because I kept getting emails to switch my lease to a new lease or buy a new car. So, I went in to see what my options were. I went... in saying that I would prefer to stay in my current vehicle if I was going to have ANY negative equity. I was told that I would have no negative equity! Here I am a month and a half later with a $2,200 bill from mileage overage. I am in no way incompetent so, I’m aware that I DROVE THOSE EXTRA MILES. I am aware that someone was reaponsible for them but, hey Toyota of Fayetteville remember me saying above that you’d take care of the negative equity? Apparently not. I know how sales work, I am very familiar but, people should NEVER be made to believe you’re taking care of something when in fact, YOU’RE NOT. This is absolutely appalling that they LIE, CHEAT, and STEAL your money/our money so they can push a car off the lot. This is the type of way Toyota portrays themselves, and I in NO WAY WANT TO BE A PART OF IT. Once I get out of my lease now or have the opportunity to get out by a company that will clearly be better I will NEVER be a part of this company nor step foot in Fayetteville, NC Toyota again. I’d also like to mention that we went in and had an appointment because we only had a limited amount of time (4 hours) due to my husband having to work, but we ended up with a totally different salesman that had no idea what we were interested in because he wasn’t the same person I’d been in contact with. Our salesman told us that if we didn’t give him a good review he wouldn’t be paid his commission. Well, of course I’m not an awful person so I did a good survey so he’d get paid but, jeez I wish that the Toyota would take accountability and ownership for what they told me but, instead it took 2 DAYS to finish the deal that I believed to be something else when I would’ve rather kept my old vehicle until the end of the lease and had different options. I’m not hard to please, I have a basic Corolla for gods sake. But, people I’m telling you, STEER CLEAR of this place if you want to save money and not be screwed.

So. I went in to trade in my car for a truck and had spoken with Alecia before hand on the phone because we live about an hour away from this dealership... and didn't want to waste a trip. She was very nice and helpful on the phone and told me that the truck I was actually looking at was at one of their sister lots but could be brought to this one in Fayetteville. No problem. Well when I get to the dealership I didn't get to deal with her it was a strolling clueless wonder named MARQUIS EVANS. I had only been sitting at his desk maybe 5 minutes and he then brings a manager out to explain to me what he should have been able to explain. He was undoubtedly new because he was very lost on everything that was going on. I understand being new at a new job, so therefore I gave MARQUIS the benefit of the doubt because I could tell he was nervous, and clueless. But he needed someone beside him to "show him the ropes" if he had no clue what he was doing. I knew that they were going to have to appraise my car, which I had no problem with. We go outside to do so and he just walked circles around it and looking lost! I had to ask do you want me to crank it? Do you want to see inside? Etc.... He then tries to tell me that my car needs new tires, I don't think so! I bought the car brand new and it has a total of 23,000 miles on it and I even did the "penny test" to prove that my tires are fine. The truck I wanted was older and had more miles on it than my car and they never even tried to look at numbers or even give me a ballpark figure as to what/how much the trade in process would be. It was obvious they didn't want to sell the truck because they never said anymore about it and kept trying to get me to buy a brand new Toyota and I told them from the get go that I didn't come there for a Toyota I came there for that truck. I have never had this bad of an experience at a dealership ever. Wish there was an option for "0" stars because thats what I would give. I'm definitely going to call corporate as well....

They take too long to service a car. Seems like the mechanics take their sweet time. Go to lunch come back while i wait 6 HOURS for sparkplugs
