Had moisture in the left rear tail light but dealer could not recreate the problem. I guess the customers word is not good enough for Ford.

Took my vehicle in for a recall that required several days - John Erber was my service tech and he went above and beyond his necessary scope of service... to make it as pleasant of an inconvenience as possible! Was able to get me a loaner comparable to mine and also fixed a couple other things he noticed while it was there. True representation of what service should be like!

I had a very lazy Advisor. He was definitely struggling to do his job. He appeared to not know what he was doing. A very nice young advisor had to take... over my service care. I was billed $190 too much and have to return to have one of my recalls completed. The parts were in stock but the first advisor missed having it done.
