Attention ⚠️⚠️ I bought a Tacoma 2019, when I was filing the financial documents the guy VICTOR SOLIS hided extra insurance charges (Blue steel Corporation... insurance listed below) he gave two options but in the option with the gap that was what I choose he hided this extra charges that is totally different of the gap insurance and he never show how much this extra charges costs. As all you know there are so many signatures to be filled in any contract and he just said sign here, sign here, sign here... also he had to give me the contract documents the same day of the close but he didn’t (he just gave me the documents the day when I went to claim) cause he knew that after ten days of the close I can’t cancel it. I also remember that he avoid my question when I asked him what will my total financed amount What a bad and frustrating experience. Be careful guys, many people just send your payment and don’t knows what they are paying for.

I'm very pleased with my new car Toyota 4Runner Limited edition, exactly my dream car, thanks to Mr DJ Bamijoko. He's very knowledgeable about the cars,... able to explain in details every functions of the 4Runner. Again, this man has the patience and understanding to guide me through the entire process of buying a new car and continues to follow up into my transition to a happy customer.

My wife and I only had the objective of comparing a pre-owned 4Runner we'd just test driven to one on which was Certified Pre-Owned. Don McGill was only... two blocks away. We entered the lot only 45 minutes prior to their scheduled closing time, on a Friday night. We checked out several 4Runners before walking to the showroom. Initially, it appeared as if no one wanted to help us. We weren't sure if it was because of the time, or because we were "ONLY" looking at pre-owned. One of the sales managers approached and asked if anyone was assisting us. After we answered, he asked 2 or 3 of the salesmen in the showroom if they were busy (which they didn't appear to be). No one stepped up. He walked away, and returned with someone from another area named Belal Awad. All I can say is I'm so glad none of the others wanted to help. Belal was the nicest and least pushiest car salesman I've EVER encountered. He walked outside with us, answering every question about each vehicle we pointed out. He offered a test drive without us requesting one. At the end of the evening, when it was apparent we were NOT purchasing that night, Belal gave his card and said to come in whenever we'd like. We were there the next day, looking for him. There's a lot more I could say. But this review is already pretty lengthy as it is. Bottom line: Do your best to hook up with Belal Awad. He'll provide the same great service, whether you're purchasing new or pre-owned. AND.......he will follow-up and follow thru with his promises, days after the purchase.

have been a loyal customer for 8years bought car from them . Went back last Saturday 8/31/2019 bought an other car and went back Monday to switch with... suv which they offer me high price I asked them to if they Mach price other dealer offering but the manager name summit crooked he really got upset and he told me give me your key back and I give him you know what camera body to give him the key back and after that he told me you gonna call me next day and which I never received call is been like four days now and I'm a waiting for my money back I mean which I put down payment $2000 and I never mean nobody answering he's not coming over the phone I been trying all day I email the dealership three times but nobody answering me I tried to call general manager and he is not coming on the phone and nobody answering when you go over there you see like 300 people trying to sell the car but when you have this situation nobody come up and try to help you please please please do not go for shop Don McGill Toyota Toyota of Katy out of 300 employees they have only one person which dealing with a customer situation and she's not in the office in working days I have no idea Why they doing this to me .

There is a cliche not to trust a car salesman. But this case is an exception. The agent Mr. Sunday Mabunmi was very professional and patient. We never... felt pressured to buy a particular car or to buy quickly. He is equally very knowledgeable in cars and had a lot of information about the features of the 2019 Highlander XLE that we finally purchased. We were promised side moulding and roof racks and he worked diligently and thy were installed in a timely fashion. I will certainly deal with him again for my next upgrade Toyota Tundra
