James was the first one to great us and was very personable. He saved us time by assisting us with looking at cars online before walking through the parking lot. He was very easy to talk to and didn't give off the overly pushy type of personality that is often seen when buying a vehicle. We never felt pressured, yet he did all he could to get us a fair deal. We LOVE our 4Runner and had a great experience with James. My sister is in the market for a Toyota and I've already told her that she should request James at Don McGill Toyota of Katy!

We entered the dealership with a budget and car in mind. The dealership worked hard to satisfy our strict requirements. Sean was very patient with us as we continued to negotiate between two different vehicles. We left proud owners of a new Camry and the one we wanted for the price we requested. This was our first visit to this dealership and it won't be the last.

I went to Don McGill of Katy today to see a new model. I was greeted by one of the most friendly and knowledgeable salesmen ever. He explained several things to me so I could understand that that particular model is too new and not available. He treated me with dignity and respect and was very honest with me as well. I purchased a new car from him because of his kindness and honesty, Julie the Customer Relations employee was also delightful and very helpful and helped me to get the owners manuals missing from my new car.. All in all, I purchased a new car today because of James Logan and the assistance I received from Julie. Si was awesome. Would highly recommend asking for him when you go. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions about the vehicle. The entire sales process of our new Sienna was painless. The vehicle was priced great right off the bat. They gave us a fair deal on our trade in. The finance paperwork only took about 5 minutes to complete. I did not feel any pressure at any time. I would happily refer my friends to Don McGill.

Mr. Logan was very professional, courteous and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that were available for purchase as well as the financing options that were available for customers. He seemed to be concerned about getting the best deal available for me.

It was our first time buying a car and he explained the process, showed us many cars, and made sure we were well taken care of until we left with the car. We especially appreciated his willingness to show us as many cars as we needed to see in order to feel comfortable with the one we thought we wanted. We would buy a car here again.

I went with my parents to buy my first car from here and I found Courtney very helpfull and informative. I had several questions about insurance, co-buying and pricing and fully answered all of them. I left knowing that I had gotten a great price and knowing how much and when my first car note was due. The process was relatively quick and I feel that Courtney did a great job assisting my family and I on purchasing my first new car!! Darius Erby was very attentive to our needs. He found the perfect car for us, based on our expectations. The location made you feel as though you were their only customer. Vada in finance is very quick and detailed. I would definitely refer this location and employee (salesman) to others. Thank you for your help.

I had never personally bought a vehicle before. However, upon wandering into Don McGill I was met by a sales rep who guided me through the entire process. Sean Okuwobi was friendly, honest, and extremely helpful, as were all of the other Don McGill employees I encountered. I got a good price on my vehicle, though the prices always immediately transparent or available. To top off the whole experience the sales rep met me at the rent-a-car with my new vehicle, which showed me that they will go out of their way to help you out at Don McGill.

We came in looking to purchase another Avalon. Courtney told us he would find "the one" and he did. On the first try! We gave him the sticker from our current Avalon showing the features we had and told him what additional features we wanted on the new car. The car he showed us was the only one we test drove and we purchased it the same day. Toyota sells itself and Courtney honed in on the features to get us to commit. Chino, in the business office, was great in helping to do the paperwork and accept our check!
