    I recently purchased a preowned CRV from Stevenson Honda in Wilmington. I cannot express how grateful I am to the staff here. Peggy Roberts, Gregg Rivenbark,, Pat Koballa, Brent Whales and John Sandlin were very professional, resourceful and friendly throughout this entire process. I am an educator on a strict budget, and they collaboratively worked with me to find a vehicle that was a perfect match and cost for my needs. I felt that this dealership had my best interest at heart during and after the purchase of my vehicle.     I would not recommend this company to anyone. My family just bought a new car from them last year and also own another Honda which we routinely service at this dealership. My fathers truck had issues starting this morning. We had it towed to the dealership. We were made aware that it was out of gas. The light was not working. I was dropped off to pick up the car. Jerimah Carsen an employee informed me that I needed to get gas. My ride had left. He refused to help me find a solution to putting gas in my truck so I could at least drive it to the nearest gas station. I had to walk across the busy intersection in rush hour traffic to a gas station and purchase a gas can and fill it. Then walk back to the car to put 2 gallons of gas in it to then drive it to a gas station. It was 95 degrees outside and I was wearing heels since I came from work. This was done All while 5 different employees watched me. One employee said to me "I'm glad you found a solution." As I started to voice my concern about this horrible customer service that employee dismissed me and said "Take it up with the service manager" No one offered to help. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were going to buy another pilot next month to replace our current one. We won't be now. That's the last time my family buys a $40k vehicle or any vehicle from them.

    Avoid this dealer ! They never issued me a temporary tag and when I went to S.C.D.M.V. to pay my taxes I was informed the tags on my car are no longer any good, and my car cannot be driven . Avoid this dealership like the plague ! Once my sale was completed, I've had nothing but problems with customer service. I have a new car my wife can't drive. I was told by S.C.D.M.V. that the dealer should have given me a temporary tag before I left it. All I'm getting now is a run around from Stevenson. I spent a lot of $$$$$ they should straighten this out and have a courier bring a tag to my home TODAY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!! Once they sold the car , they forgot me.

Please have the following in the vehicle; registration, proof of SC property tax (paid yesterday) and the bill of sale. Your wife showed concern that she may not have the registration and bill of sale so as a courtesy it was emailed to her yesterday. We will still need the proof of paid SC property tax to process your new registration. A Federal Express number was given to your wife as an additional convenience.
