From the second, I drove into the parking lot. There were many salesman there to greet me. I ended up working with Ronnie Henderson, who was absolutely awesome. We had a hard time striking a deal because we were quite a bit apart, but in the lawn, where I needed everything he could to ensure that he earned my business I actually left and went to lunch when I received a call from him, thanking me for coming in which saved the sale for him, I ended up purchasing and love my 2021 C8 the entire team at your dealership was very respectful and courteous to my mom who was 87 years old while we spent considerable time Working the deal. Sent in an inquiry on a 2025 Tahoe from the website. Was contacted the next morning with a call and email. Nothing over the top. Just reach out if they could assist. Responded that it would be a few days before I could make it by. They did not pull the “well it might be gone so you better hurry “ routine. Just said let them know and would be sure to have someone assist. Dropped by and was greeted by a Sales Associate Tommaso Oliverii. He asked what brings me in and told him I was directed to see the General Manager. Took me to him and he said Tommaso will walk me through looking at the particular vehicle I was interested in. Tomassso was well versed in all things Chevrolet. Reminded me that if this particular Tahoe would not work, he has access to the Hendrick network. Tahoe was fine. We did a quick spin. They were valuing my trade while I was looking at the new one. Told him that if numbers worked, I am good to go on vehicle. Tomasso came out with a very fair trade value and the net cost was close enough to my budget that we did some paperwork and put the door! Tomasso took the time to set up my phone with the car and go over the differences in the Tahoe I traded. All in all, good experience with a great Sales Consultant!

The whole experience was amazing until towards the end once I told the finance guy that I wasn’t getting one of his extra warranties. He literally started slamming stuff and got extremely mad. They almost lost a sail over it. I would definitely talk to him to figure out ways to help him when he doesn’t get a warranty sell
