Terrible service. Bought my Jeep from here about one year ago. Came in to get it serviced and recieved horrible service. I had my appointment at 1:00PM... and upon arrival (despite The fact I spoke to them on the phone 1 hour prior about my appointment), they told me I would wait several hours. I came back after being called my vehicle was ready and the office was closed. Everyone in the front office refused to help me. This left me stranded in Dorchester with a dead cell phone and no vehicle. No one in the office offered any solution to helping me get home nor getting in touch with the service team. Ashamed I even bought my Jeep from this terrible institution.
Funny how Quirk only puts their 5 star reviews on their site. This place is awful, they don’t care about customer service and pray on uneducated buyers.... Reached out for a couple quotes on some vehicles, they were the highest by far. Was texting back and forth with Jacob about one vehicle in particular and he just stopped responding. Called back and spoke to a manager about the experience and he could have cared less. Went to the dealership twice to try to test drive and you practically had to beg someone to help you out. There are a lot better options then quirk, DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!
I recently bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and absolutely love it! Ben was a great salesman to work with. He was definitely patient with all the questions... I had, which was ALOT. I also loved that he had my jeep ready for me in the same day! I would definitely recommend going to Quirk if you want a Jeep and definitely see Ben. He was awesome!
Very bad customer service. Horrible sales approach and unclear about prices. And definitely take long to give you the money back. Never doing business... with this place.
I was trying to purchase a Jeep Renegade according to the Special offers on their Website and was told I would get one price--but after they ran my Credit... (a hard Inquiry), they told me that I would pay thousands more than I was originally told and that I would not qualify for the zero financing unless I paid the Full Price-which I was also told I would.
I tend to not write reviews, but if I can save someone the hassle and headache by not using Quirk in Braintree, then this time will be worth it. The only... star I am giving should apply to Chuck Buttler because he did try to help me. The lack of stars is for the following: Today (1/21/2020), I picked my car (2016, Jeep, Patriot) up for the third time from Quirk in Braintree. First time I visited they replaced the passenger side seatbelt sensor, second time replaced the passenger side seatbelt assembly, third time replace the passenger side blower. They did not address a clanking noise coming from under the hood detected on Monday 1/20/2020 during the blower inspection. Now I am expected to drop the car off on a later date for repairs. After not agreeing with Mike the manager on why the car keeps coming for repairs, and being frustrated to had to drive home and return back on a later day to drop the car off for the fourth repair. The manager told me the following "you live in New England, and don't drive enough that causes wear and tear." I bought the car in July 2019 at the time it was under 19,000 miles. Is now January and the car has almost 27,000. I am pretty sure, I am driving the average. Then he proceeded, "ma'am i'll show you the door." He kicked me out, with a solution. All the repairs started in December, it is been over a month with 6 trips to the dealership. Not Quirk Braintree/The Jeep manufacture have found a solution to why the car keeps breaking or found a permeant solution for the car constant need for repairs. The only solution presented to me is that I drive to Quirk in Braintree, to deal with rude and unhelpful managers, for the fourth time. If after this review you still decide to do business at Quirk in Braintree, I'll gave you a piece of advise, also told to me by Mike the manager "do not let the tech type without you reading the notes, do not sign anything approving the notes"
My experience at Quirk Chrysler Jeep has been a nightmare. I leased a 2018 Jeep Compass and picked the car up on 10/12/18. Less than 2 hours and 40 miles... later, the car had a serious mechanical failure which caused it to abruptly stop in traffic with no warning. Fortunately no one was killed. Since then, I've gotten nothing from the run around from senior management at Quirk Chrysler Jeep and from Chrysler. All agree that this could happen again and that the car is probably not safe to drive, but they won't let me out of my contract so I'm stuck paying for a car that could kill me or another passenger on the road next time it malfunctions. This dealership cares more about money than their customers' safety. Disgraceful. Please take your business elsewhere.
It is my first car and I chose Quirk Jeep because they are professional and have many options for me. The salesman Jason Fineberg is really nice and patient.... I have road test twice on 2014 Cherokee with 2.4L and 3.2L. Finally with his help I chose the 3.2L and Jason offered me a great deal. Since I live in NY, Jason took care of everything for me very well in Boston and I really appreciate that. Now the only thing I have to do is waiting for my Cherokee to be delivered. If you need to buy a Jeep, I recommend Quirk. If you need a professional people to help you during the whole process, Jason is definitely the best choice.

Had been looking for a low miles leased Jeep Wrangler for some time now with very little luck. The Jeeps that we got to see just were not what we were... looking for price and feature wise. On Sunday, we saw a 2012 Jeep black/2 tone interior with two tops. Low miles and body in very good shape. We talked with Cy Desrosiers and worked a very good deal that covered all the financing/taxes/ etc. Drove it home today and we are very happy with the price, service, and professional manner in which we able to come to terns. Great Job, Jim and Kathy Quincy, Ma
