I BOUGHT A USED CAR ON 7/10/18, IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED YET! THE SALESMAN PROMISED A CLEAN UP. THE CLEAN UP WAS UNSATISFACTORY! IT AMOUNTED TO MERELY A WASH JOB ! THIS CAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN PREPPED AS THOUGH IT WAS GOING TO BE DISPLAYED FOR SALE ON YOUR CAR LOT! THE CAR WAS ALREADY SOLD, SO CLEAN UP WAS NOT UP TO STANDARD. PAINT ON ENTIRE CAR STILL HAS THE FEEL & APPEARANCE OF OVERSPRAY THAT WOULD REQUIRE ATTENTION. THE CAR SHOULD ALSO HAVE RECEIVED A COMPLIMENTARY MULTI POINT CHECK UP INCLUDING THE FORM SHOWING ITEMS INSPECTED AS SUGGESTED IN OWNERS MANUEL (FORM SHOWN IN MAINTENANCE GUIDE) HAD THIS FORM BEEN PRESENTED, I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO INSIST ON A NEW STATE AND EMISSION INSPECTION (THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR SEPARATELY ($85) (REDUNDANCY) PS THE STATE INSPECTION & EMISSIONS RECEIPTS WERE INCOMPLETE, DID NOT SHOW RESULTS--IE ONLY SHOWED PASS & NA. DETAILED FORMS EXIST FOR BOTH STATE & EMISSION INSPECTIONS. I WOULD IMAGINE THAT A CHECK UP ON A TRADED IN CAR WOULD INCLUDE THE 30,000 MILE SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE CHECK UP AS SPECIFIED IN THE NISSAN MAINTENANCE GUIDE (INCL. OIL/FILTER CHANGE,AIR FILTER, MICROFILTER) AND OTHER CHECKS REDUNDANT TO THE MULTI-POINT COMPLIMENTARY REPORT I ALSO ASKED FOR A SECOND KEY ( A$20 ITEM ON INTERNET) THAT THIS DEALERSHIP COULD NOT INCLUDE AS A COMPLIMENT A FILEWICZ

My experience with Ardmore Nissan was exemplery because of Daniel making me feel so welcome and exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment for my... daughters car the previous day and had to return the next day for service after the part was ordered. I returned 15 minutes early for my appointment and as soon as I walked in the door, Daniel said hello and give me the keys, we are ready for you so have a seat and we will be with you as soon as the work is done. I loved that.
I test drove a car with no gas..it was reading empty. The one other on line wasn't the same. I went to see wasn't the same had huge dent on the side left.... Whel bearings of on the car,,not sure but it was ride. And it took them 30 mins to find each key. .

Long story short, I spoke with a sales associate through out the day about a car I liked online. I contacted the dealership to confirm the car was available... and on the lot. After speaking with an associate it was discovered the car was available but at a different site. The associate confirmed he would have the car ready and available for a drive so we set up an appointment for later that day. I called prior to driving to the dealership to confirm my appointment and the cars availability prior to leaving my home, however, when I arrive at the dealership the associate says "I have bad news, someone else sold the car". As I stand in disbelieve that sales associate walks by, smiles and gives me a thumbs up. The level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service was horrible! A simple call to say the car is no longer available was all I needed. a little dignity and respect go a long way!!!
I'm sorry that the vehicle you were interested in was sold before you arrived. Usually if there is an appointment on a vehicle and it is sold. A phone... call and email go out to the customer, informing them of this. And also giving them a few options if they so choose. I contacted Ardmore online after seeing a vehicle that I wanted to know more about. I knew exactly what I was looking for in this vehicle and a pic would... have been enough for me to know whether I wanted to go test drive it. After some discussion trying to get my point across that I just wanted to see a pic before driving 45 mins to the dealer he said ok. He also said The pic online was the actual vehicle, but was only a stock photo, as written on the pic. The next day I waited for a pic and even sent him a reminder. He never contacted me again. I was very disappointed with their lack of caring and follow-through. Because of this, I will never go there to purchase a vehicle.

they repaired my fender and did not charge me. The service was quick and easy. The manager was very helpful
