    I found the exact truck through the internet. The dealership responded to me immediately and I was transferred to Matt for the price and trade in value.... I thought the prices they quoted me were fair for me. Matt did an excellent job ensuring the truck was set up as I wanted it. Finally a good experience buying a truck that I really wanted.     The purchasing of the vehicle was a breeze however the service afterwards, not so good. Since it was late on Saturday when everything was finalized, I... decided I didn't want to take up any more of Robby's time. I could learn all the features by reading the owner's manual. My mistake. The SD card was missing so I was unable to set up navigation. Probably would have not had this issue if I would have went over the features that day. I informed Robby about the SD card and he said he would set it aside for when I brought my vehicle back for window tinting. I also explained to him my Bluelink isn't working like it should and the email I received from Bluelink stated I am not signed up for the correct package. I was told I would have a free 3 year subscription for Remote and Guidance from Bluelink, a feature I have been really looking forward to. I also pointed out there is still some residue near the windows that needed to be cleaned up. I dropped my vehicle off a week later for the window tinting and was provided a loaner vehicle. Robby said he would look into fixing the Bluelink and setting up the SD card while the vehicle was in Fond du Lac. When I picked up the vehicle the next day, the windows were tinted and the residue was cleaned up but the other things were ignored. I addressed my concerns with another salesman who then called Robby. He said he would overnight the SD card the next day since it was locked up in his desk. That was 3/27. I received my SD card on 4/6 and it was the wrong one. Excuse after excuse, now I am supposed to overnight it back to them and when they receive it they will order me a new one. What piss poor customer service. And still no answer as to why my Bluelink isn't working except he was on hold but had to wait on other customers. What about satisfying your other customers before taking on new ones. I purchased another new vehicle last weekend from a different dealership and everything went smoothly, including the follow up features. They even apologized and said they would love to help me if they could. (Another Van Horn dealership) They made sure we were satisfied with everything. I have been in the customer service business my whole working life and can't imagine treating a customer like this. I guess the only way I may resolve this is by contacting Hyundai directly. Even the manager couldn't resolve our issues. Although he was sympathetic with us however that doesn't satisfy the issues at hand. I really love my vehicle but very disappointed I am unable to use the features that made me trade in my 2016 Elantra because it didn't have them. Now 5 months later my Bluelink is back to not working and I’m not worth the phone call back I placed to speak with the GM.

    On 4/19/16 we purchased a 2013 Sonata. Zach Jaschob handled the sales part of our purchase. He did the whole deal with a friendly, courteous, and professional... manner. Starting with meeting us at the front door with a smile. Zach selected two vehicles for us to test drive. He was aware of what we were looking for based on several previous conversations, thus making our shopping experience less stressful, and less time consuming. Zach's suggestions and advice on the vehicles that we test drove, provided valuable information, that we used to make our selection. Very nice buying experience!!!! Thank you Zach!!!! There were a few minor things that needed attention on the Sonata. As always, Chad Jaschob, service manager, took care of all things with his caring attitude, in his friendly, courteous way. Using a scale of 1-10, if asked, our rating would be a "10", for all of the purchasing procedure that we experienced. All of the staff at the Fond du Lac Van Horn Hyundai Dealership, are friendly and courteous people to deal with.

    Van Horn Hyundai ALWAYS provides us and our vehicle with all around 5 star service. Only hiccup this last visit is while we always have received a printout... of their color coded multi-point inspection review along with the invoice every time we have had service done there, we did not receive a copy of that multi-point inspection review this time when we were in for an oil change. We like to keep copies of these things for our records so that we can provide a history of all services preformed on our vehicle, which we purchased from this dealership brand new(2017 Hyundai Elantra). I returned to the dealership the next day to inform them of this and they quickly provided the printout of the multi-point inspection review, no questions asked. Every time we deal with the people at Van Horn Hyundai, from the day we purchased the vehicle through every service appointment we've ever had with them, it's always been a 5 star experience. Thanks again Van Horn!

    It really was a no brainer. The price of a Van Horn Santa Fe Sport with all-wheel drive was lower than other dealers’ Sports with front wheel drive. Would... definitely make the hour long drive there again when it’s time for another vehicle.
