    I don't end up buying a car from them because financially I couldn't do it. You hear horror stories about dealerships, and personally I even have some, but the men and women working here prove that very wrong. They quiet honestly worked their butts off to try and get me into the car I wanted. They wheeled and dealed trying to pull as many stings to get it to happen. They lowered the price and reworked the finances many times to try to get to my payment I desired. They came close but I just couldn't swing it. Just because I didn't buy a car this time doesn't mean next time I won't. I will never buy another car from a dealership that is not this place. Highest praise to David and the rest of the team that tried to help me out. If anyone wants to buy a new or used car, PLEASE go nowhere else but then!

    I had an unfortunate event where someone drove into my car, but the team at Tom O'Brien made trading and buying easy and fun. They gave me a fair trade on my old car and set me up with a fantastic car within my budget and needs. Jackson was great to work with. The facilities are great too. You know you can really trust a team and their work when you see the ownership/executive team on property each and every time you visit. Keep up the good work! I will definitely recommend!

    I was dreading car shopping as have had those experiences where you spent all day at the dealer haggling back and forth. This was hands down the best experience! Kent was amazing! He knew the smallest detail about the Cherokee and made the experience quick and easy. He sold this car for me! I can not say how much I love my new 2017 Jeep Cherokee! From start to finish took about 2 hours which was great. Have already recommended them to my mom!

    I have owned 5 Dodge Caravans and Town and Countries. But, I am driving a new loaner Pacifica from another Chrysler dealer while we are waiting for parts. We had to take our Golden Retriever to Purdue for tests and we were also returning some items before Christmas in Indy. We have had the loaner for an extended time. Apparently when we were at Menards we picked up a nail and were informed of the problem by the car's warning system. On the Pacifica it tells you which tire has a problem and the pressure that it has in real time. We saw that the tire was going flat about half way to Indy from Lafayette. I was able to tell that it was serious and not just a low slow leak. It started at 36 psi and was at 28 by the time we were on I465. We were looking for a close dealer that we hoped would help us in the late afternoon. This particular car does not have a spare but an inflation kit. I was certain that the loaner dealer wouldn't be happy if we had to use the inflator kit. We arrived at O'Brien Chrysler and spoke to Cody King, he stepped right up to the problem and said he would get us right out, actually they looked very busy. He suggested that we wait in the service lounge with our dog Bob where they had coffee and doughnut holes for guests. A very comfortable and homey waiting area. The point I would like to make is that we were probably just an inconvenience at the end of the day. But, everyone that we spoke with were very upbeat and friendly. The service was completed quickly and we were treated as if we were one their best clients, and obviously we already had this new Pacifica. Seems like a great dealership selling a fantastic car (Pacifica). This car is such an advancement, I can't say enough good about it. The pep with the 9 speed trans and the mileage, the RPMs are less than 1500 at 62 MPH. The U connect system is a must. If you drive carefully you will get the great mileage. Thanks for reading this.     After months of searching I finally found the jeep wrangler I had been looking for. However it was all the way in Indianapolis. When I first saw the listing it was posted just the day before and had no pictures. Tyler at the greenwood location went out and took pictures to send to me. He made everything so easy considering I had a 2hr drive. I just got a chance to take the Moab off roading and couldn't be happier. Thanks Tyler for all your help.

    The Sales agent Brian McMichaels was very good from the time I walked in the door, the initial search for a vehicle, when one could not be found the ordering of the vehicle, the communication throughout the process on when delivery would occur and fixing and after sales critical item (trailer hitch) The Management team was also good in that the price negotiation did not get stretched out as I have experiences at other dealers. The final paper work and payment was also very efficient when compared to past experiences

    Yes I will tell of our Wonderful experience with Tom O'Brien Jeep located at 4630 E. 96th Street Indianapolis, IN.46240. We are so over whelmed with both of our Jeep purchases. With in 2 months. We were so satisfied that we had to go back and purchase the second one for our granddaughter. She is so happy! The complete dealership was awesome. Clean, polite. professional. They made us feel as though we special. Now I know they sell cars every day. On our day we were special. *=)) rolling on the floor Yes we will patronise Tom O'Brien Chrysler Jeep again.
