Dennis was wonderful! I had done my research online and visited the lot on a Sunday, so I knew what I wanted. When I got word that my 2012 Highlan
der was in fact a total loss, I made an appointment with Dennis for that evening to see my choices. He accompanied me for my test drive, pointing out all the bells & whistles and safety features. Made my choice and Dennis took care of the rest. Picked up my 2017 Highlander the next day! Dennis was knowledgeable in every aspect of the cars. He answered all my questions, demonstrated how features worked. When I took delivery of my vehicle, Dennis was there to help me sync my phone and make sure all related options were set. Dennis stayed with me to review, again, the newer features on my car. He ensured that I was completely comfortable with my vehicle before I left the dealership.

ot a great deal but I think we got a fair deal...that is the nature of the business. What is a great deal is the extended warranty that Toyota offers. If you're going to keep your car for more than a few years, this warranty is great peace of mind for a very reasonable sum.
