  • Review of service that I received on 11/18/17

    My Service Advisor was Jonathan Brandon, He explained to me the type of repairs needed, the approximate cost of the services, and the time necessary

    to complete the repairs. I was taken home and returned by a Paul Cerame shuttle service. The repair cost, and the time allotted for the repairs, were right in line with the agreement that we discussed. I would gladly recommend the Paul Cerame Ford Dealership to my friends!!

    Initially my car was not starting in the mornings & I had to get a jump all the time. I kept calling AAA and was told it was not the battery, alterna

    tor nor the starter. After going through this over 6 times I decided to take it to Paul Cerame and was told I needed a new battery which I purchased. I was also told not to use the automatic lights which I'd been using since I purchased the car. However, I followed these instructions. About a month later I began to experience the lights dimming or going completely off while driving. Took the car in again and was told I needed the Alternator replaced. I am of the opinion a bad alternator should have been caught at the same time as the battery which was still under warranty at AAA. Car repairs are EXPENSIVE and being on a fixed income is extremely hard on my budget. Sometimes there appears to be an inadequate amount of staffing due to the high volume of car repairs being done. Paul Cerame, does however, have a shuttle service that will take you home while waiting on lengthy repairs, so this is a plus.
