    about it overnight. Seriously, what salesperson says to think about it overnight?? When it came time to negotiate, they gave me all of the numbers up front: sales price, taxes, fees and the monthly payment. NO surprises and they worked hard to get us out of there as soon as they could. Again, a great experience and I would have no problem sending anyone to this place. First class!

  • Buyers Beawre

    Nissan again (and we have been a loyal Nissan customer for 10+ years). To start with, these guys did not even know about their own cars. We test drove two cars, both of which had defects. One car had the leather seat installed incorrectly (with leather missing on one side of the passenger seat) and the other had parts missing. Both times they had multiple representatives trying to convince us that the cars were totally fine until we showed them our very own research from Nissan.com. I don't know about other buyers but I would not be surprised if there are some "happy" customers walked out of the door with defective cars only because they did not do their own research beforehand. The buying process was very stressful because of the back and forth negotiation process that we hated. Post-sale service was HORRIBLE because these guys would never make the calls that they promised to call and have never returned our voice messages. We had to follow up again and again just to get a response that they promised to do. I was so disgusted by the experience we had at Bellevue Nissan that I even started writing reviews about them online (and I had never written any review online). In fact, I doubt if those good review on cars.com are even real.

    each one have been and overall good experience. Either they issued me a loaner car or shuttled me to and from work. Folks in the service department are friendly and attempt to set realistic expectations. This is my first Nissan and I had no experience with this brand, so service was an important feature that worried me when purchasing this vehicle. I am happy to report that I believe at this point that I made a good decision.
