    All employees were very friendly and attentive to our needs as we waited to have my car worked on. Because work was not able to be completed that day

    (due to a faulty new part needing reordered), Phil was extremely generous to offer to have a driver pick up my car in Springfield when it needed to return to complete the work and leave a loaner car until it was completed. This was very much appreciated. Extremely happy with the Service I, and my mother, have received at Roger Jennings in Hillsboro.

    e of the remaining ones linger on the lot for more than a year, I visited the dealership during Labor Day weekend. About 10 days later, I contacted the dealer through Cars.com. Ben Ellis replied. He was polite and answered all of my questions. I visited this past weekend to test-drive the car and talk to Ben. I had not bought a car in more than 10 years. A lot has changed about the process and I'd never bought a car from a small-town dealer. I prepared for all sorts of negatives that never happened - no upselling, no pushing unwanted dealer add-ons, no "what monthly payment are you looking for?" conversations. I went in prepared and knew what I would pay and what I would not. Ben and Roger Jennings couldn't have been easier about all aspects of the process - trade-in, finance and purchase. It was stressless, cordial and simple. Ben assisted me with the OnStar and SiriusXM set-ups, answered my vehicle questions and asked if I had more questions. If I buy a Buick, Chevy or GMC in the future, I'll consider making the jaunt to Roger Jennings to do it.

Within five years, the dealership's facility had doubled in size with state of the art diagnostic equipment in the service department, and the showroom and waiting area totally renovated.
