    s is top notch, the buying process is as quick or as patient as you want, and facilities are always clean. I particularly like the availability of coffee which is a perk for me when pondering my options. Each time that I have come to Carriage Kia they have listened to what I was looking for in a car, price, and payment, and in all cases they have done their best to reach my goals. That cannot be beat and I suggest checking them out. Kia has a lot to offer and has stepped up their game and right now it is the only brand I own.

  • Service gone wrong

    My wife had an appointment scheduled first thing so she could pick up the kids from school by 2 pm. She was told it would be 2 hours to install a moto

    r for the door. After 2 hours it still was not ready. So, she was not able to get the kids on time. They didn't offer any type of vehicle because we have to many kids. That's why we brought a VAN! She fills out the customer survey and during checkout gets told by Alex that her survey affected him. Really!!! Why does Alex get to see these surveys? Also, we still have to go back and get a seat repaired, because they didn't look at it the first time my wife dropped the car off. This will be the 3rd trip back. Pray for my wife!!!

    are of me, took me to the lounge for coffee and snacks while I waited. The wait was no time at all, he came to get me when my car was ready. Fresh oil change, car wash and vacuum.
