I originally purchased my Civic (A 2008 LX Coupe) from Brighton Honda - as a new vehicle. I was incredibly impressed with the sales staff: everything
was as expected or better when dealing with such a big purchase. Shortly after this, I moved to Ann Arbor, and immediately checked out Germain Honda of Ann Arbor and was incredibly impressed by all facets of their business and location. I???ve since chosen the Service Center located at the dealership for literally every single bit of maintenance, repairs, etc on my vehicle since. I???ve now owned it for 11 years, and the quality of the vehicle is just as high as the quality of the service/repairs/maintenance I have had. It started with just an oil change and inspection, and from there I???ve had all of my service and automotive needs carried out through Germain???s Service Center. The costs are absolutely reasonable, the technicians are extremely qualified and thorough, and they maintain quite a nice space within the dealership to relax / wait during any repairs or service needed. They provide everything from a separate ???business??? area, with desks, wired and wireless internet, and privacy walls at each ???section???, to an open, comfortable lounge that always has a quality assortment of tea, coffee, snacks, and entertainment (in the way of most major magazines, comfortable seating, slim laptop desks, couches, a large TV, and restrooms - all of which are kept immaculately. Every visit I???ve had there has been as pleasant as it could basically be, and even on the days where they have lots of customers to juggle, the service time isn???t slogged down, and the estimates for waiting are always spot on. They even mail me coupons for future service, as well as honor any discounts or offers that any competitors may have issued. I???ve recommended this dealership - and only this dealership - to friends, family, and colleagues: whether they are looking to buy or lease a new or used vehicle, or are looking for service on one that they already own. Truly, every single person/family that I have referred to Germain has later thanked me, and been impressed with their inventory selection, service, pricing, and overall professional and courteous staff. They simply are an absolutely 5-Star establishment, in all categories.
