Great dealer. No complaints. Will but from them again when needed
Today marks the last time I will ever set foot in this dealership. They have mishandled every single repair on my VW Passat, ranging from missed items
on oil changes, ordering the wrong parts, jerry-rigging, and damaging the car during repairs. Today I ventured in for a 1230 appointment to have recall item fixed. Volkswagen says one hour to fix I was told 8!!!! Appointment times mean nothing, you will wait and wonder. Everyone looks glazed and unhappy, there is an extreme lack of effective management, and the staff is visibly disengaged. All said it's makes for an absolutely horrible experience. Yelp says it all

he tire now. I know of no other place that that take an hour and half for an oil change when you have an appointment.

Once I got through the "Customer Service" group that answers calls and emails sent from listings here and got to an actual salesperson, things went gr
eat. It took to get to the third one who would be responsive and actually get me to someone who would sell me the car. Stuart Cooper was great to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from this dealer.
