Lately, BMW of Towson service seems to be cutting every possible corner they can at the expense of their customers. This gripe is the result of the in
ability to obtain a loaner car for a recall service. I don???t feel that it???s the customer???s fault that the airbag is defective and takes an ???hour??? to replace. Unfortunatley, my current schedule does not allow for me to sit for a couple hours (usually longer than their claims) so I try to schedule mult appointments at once. Today I was informed that 2+ hours worth of service does not warrant a loaner car, even if it???s at the fault of the manufacturer. I???ve owned my BMW for almost 7 yrs and have been going to BMW of Towson since purchase and this is the first time in that time I???ve been turned away. Maybe Mr. McCormick is having a bad day or maybe the policies have changed. Either way, not cool.
