2019 Nissan Altima consumer reviews

I just got my car Saturday and drove it to Disneyland on Sunday. I bought this car as a Certified Used Car and am very happy with it’s performance. I got 41 mph on the highway and drove very smoothly. Surprised it has so many features for the price.

I rented an S trim line. This is the basic Altima with no available options, and I was quite surprised at what comes as standard equipment with the base trim. You get an 8way power seat, push button entry/start with remote start, Android Auto, and Nissan Connect. Really my only complaint is I felt a bit squished with limited headroom and visibility, but I am used to a tall car with a ton of glass and the Altima has typical family sedan headroom and visibility. Probably what I liked best about the Altima is the engine. It is VERY smooth and has a good amount of pep. I thought perhaps it was a V6 or turbo 4, but it is the standard 4 cylinder. My trip was winter highway driving with wind and some snow at speeds of 70-85 mph. I averaged just shy of the EPA rating of 39 mpg, which is fantastic for a car of this size and under those conditions. It is quite comfortable. The trunk is large and the seats fold to make a very long area. I hauled a piece of furniture that was over 6 feet long and the front passenger seat was all the way back. It's sad that so many people are overlooking efficient and stylish sedans for blah crossovers.

This car rides great and there is plenty of legroom for everyone. It has all the items I wanted in new car. The driving is smooth and handles great on road.

GREAT car for the money. You can have high end luxuries and not pay an unrealistic price tag for them. I love my Nissan and doubt I will ever drive anything else.

This was my third Altima. Very impressed with safety features and new technologies. Also, very happy with drivability and gas savings. I am enjoying this new Nissan Altima .

Car drives great, premium package highly recommended. All wheel drive is a huge plus for this midsized sedan and is great for Midwest winters. Excellent car!
