Its a dependable family transport rebuilt

by golfingaz from Phoenix AZ on Thu Mar 08 2018

This Suburban has transported my family across the SW for Cheer and soccer tournaments, and daily runs across this valley for 3 kids. From a personal view Id like to keep it but for fact that everyone now drives new smaller vehicles this suburban needs a new driver. I took good care of it and there isn't a whole lot of anything mechanical that hasn't been replaced, repaired. Hurry I need the driveway space.

I would buy again.

by JTStog from Central City, KY on Fri Jul 21 2017

Nice roomy comfortable ride. Plenty of room for the entire family and everyones luggage or whatever else you may need to haul. This is definitely a vehicle I'd consider purchasing again and would recommend.

Our Take on the 2009 Chevrolet Suburban

Editor's note: This review was written in April 2008 about the 2008 Chevrolet Suburban. Little of substance has changed with this year's model. To see what's new for 2009, click here, or check out a side-by-side comparison of the two model years.

Do you have more than two children and a need to tow? Then the Chevy Suburban — which was redesigned for 2007 — could be right for you. While the large and in-charge SUV won't win any fuel-efficiency awards, it does the job it's intended to do — haul a lot of people and a lot of stuff — very well.

The Right Tool for the Job
I would never encourage someone to buy an expensive, fuel-thirsty vehicle if they didn't need it. If someone wants... Read More
