A nice looking car, handles and drives well. EXCEPT, it has a clutch shimmy that feels like a stall.

This car is great. Nice ride . Economic on gas and easy to maneuver around the city. Reliable and excellent performance.

This was a 5-speed standard shift car. It got 39-41 mpg on the highway and 29-31 mpg in town. I put 124,000 miles on it with no problems. It was still running fine when I traded it. The only reason I traded it was to change to an automatic transmission.

It's pretty good. When I needed a car desperately, it fit the bill but I am looking forward to upgrading to an SUV!

Water pump went bad after 60,000 miles. Now, at 88,000 miles, front wheel bearings needs to be replaced, and possibly the front motor mount. I have never had a car with these problems before. My 2002 Saturn lasted for 150,000 miles, and was still running strong when I sold it 10 years later for $2500.

Car has met all of our needs and is one of the better values I have ever had. Never an issue with this Ford Focus!

I wouldn't buy one again....especially with low profile tires on it... It is very small for the money you pay...I don't like how it handles...it is a noisy ride and a rough ride...it has rattles...the doors squeak...

Compact, tight, fun to drive, extremely reliable. The manual transmission is super smooth. Of all the cars I've owned in my life, the most reliable ones I've had, have all been Fords, and this one is no exception. Every car will have it's issues, and I've only had a couple major ones so far, both of which were covered under warranty. Other than that, everything on this car had worked beautifully. I highly recommend it (manual transmission only!).

Has been a great little car. Great value for the price. Very reliable, and haven't had any issues ever.
