2014 Ford Focus consumer reviews

This car fits my needs as a senior lady needing transportation locally. I feel confident it won't let me down. Good gas mileage. If and when I drive it to visit relatives on a road trip, I think it will be great.

For a small car it is plenty roomy. I am 5-11 and have no problem with leg room. I bought the car out of state and I actually drove the car some 7 hrs back home . Not a problem with the comfort at all. With the 2.0 engine gas mileage is great. Still the performance is quite peppy. When to put the pedal down there is no problem passing. The trunk although adequate is a bit on the small side. Then again the rear seats do fold down providing lots more space. The paint on the fords are excellent as 6 years now and still looks like new. I never once had to add oil between changes and the motor has always run trouble free.I found the Focus to be very dependable.

As a Colorado resident 55 years going, this is the absolute worst front wheel drive car for winter driving. As experienced winter drivers, my wife and I have never had issues with other FWD cars, But the Ford Focus slips , slides and gets stuck in the slightest amount of snow. It actually feels like rear wheel drive. Just terrible, even after trying several variations of new all-season tires. My wife says my 2013 Corolla feels like AWD compared to the Ford Focus...We bought the Focus with 23K miles on it in 2015. Got a good deal or so we thought. Worst purchase ever.

I love it. It has everything I need and more and living in Vegas gas mileage is a huge plus! I needed something with great gas mileage and that’s what I got.

There are no limits to the amount of problems I’ve had with this car. It is currently sitting at a gas station and needs to be towed tomorrow. The car won’t start, and I’ve tried everything to fix it. I have never hated an inanimate object so much in my life.

I’m in love with my car. Excellent gas mileage. Love the sound system and the heated seats when I fob start my car is amazing on cold days!

I think Fortune have to buy them all back at full price no questions asked because they intentionally sold us junky cars with bad transmissions and they knew it

Very economical with a sporty-ish look for an affordable price. Never given any problems. The amazing sound system when you personalize the settings is the best I've seen in a stock car. Decent trunk space.

Nice little car you can fix the transmission problems easy you just need to check the ground cable that runs from the battery to the car it is not getting enough ground to work properly.
