My 2018 GT350

I owned this car J2366 for 2 years, stored in the winter. Was a blast to drive. First thing I added was the X-Pipe, then hood struts, Front sequential turn signals, LED interior lighting, Oil separators, Coolant tank, JLT cold air intake, and 93 octane tune, on the dyno produced 496.29 at 7260 RPM, 414.61 Tq at 4750 RPM on a Dynojet Model 224x at about 90 degrees F. by VMP Tuning at Carlisle Ford Nationals in June 2022. Very happy with the results. I also added the white cobras on the front fenders, the Shelby letters on the trunk lid, the bottom door stripes, the windshield decal, and the flag overlays on the front and rear 350 badges.

Shelby Would Be Proud!

I've always wanted to own a Shelby Mustang, and was finally able to make that dream a reality. I own a 2016 GT350 with the technology package. In my opinion, what makes this car so fantastic, is how well balanced everything is. It is tuned to perfection. In other, more powerful cars I've driven, you never feel like you get to use all the power. You get on it, and the rear-end breaks loose. So you end up babying it, until it will hook up. NOT with the GT350. The torque and power comes on in waves and it never seems to end. It is a much more exhilarating sensation. You can mash the pedal, and it hooks up and goes. The feeling of being in 2nd gear at 4,000rpms as you're coming off of a curve, and then flooring it, and it takes off like a rocket, and pulls harder, and harder, and HARDER all the way to 8,250rpm, and then shift it into 3rd, as it kicks you back in the seat and CONTINUES to pull through the rpm range, and then again in 4th. It is amazing. The sound is fantastic. Just blipping the throttle to downshift is a riot. It snaps and crackles, etc... People laugh all the time at how insane it sounds and feels when they ride in it. Amazing, amazing car.

An Amazing and Thrilling car to drive

I have owned this car for a year now and all I can say is it is a thrill every time I get behind the wheel. The two poor reviews above have no idea what a sports car should be. From the throaty engine sound to the absolutely unbeatable cornering ability, The 2018 GT350 impresses the driver and keeps you wanting to push it further, and the GT350 wants everything you can give it! This car is 100% Shelby America gold.

The most fun, fast driven car and I owned.

You’ve got Pride knowing you have one and fun while you’re in the wheel and the sound of the engine is music to my ear.

Ford is over priced

Ford as a company isn't bad how ever when comparing the mustang to the Camaro or challenger it doesn't come close and is smaller and way over priced when you compare it to these 2. No reason a Shelby 350 should cost more then a hellcat and zl1 xxxx for the matter more then a Vette.... So in closing don't waste your money on these over priced vehicles period. Less room then Camaro/Vette, and challenger, interior comfort and eaze of use is less then these 3 vehicle s . So where is the advantage? Last but not least is it's still over priced has nothing on these 3 and Ford rarely ever gives out rebates.

Excellent driver’s car

This Mustang Shelby GT350 is an excellent combination of a muscle car with a sports car. It handles amazingly and the muscle car sound is one of the best exhaust tones out there. The Recaro seats are comfortable but takes time to get used to them and they are hard to get out of when exiting the car. It doesn’t have too much low end torque depending on the gear you are in but plenty of high rpm torque. The power delivery is smooth and not scary to step on it. Transmission and clutch are easy to use with minimum effort. Brakes feel good and steering as well. Suspension feels soft enough for street driving and the weather mode is good for driving in the rain. I have owned a Camaro ZL1 and Challenger Hellcat and so far this is my favorite out of the three. A lot of tradition, history and customization available with the Shelby name.

It s an incredible vehicle to drive. Well thought out, and that exhaust is timeless! Seats are a little uncomfortable, but it doesn’t take long to forget about it. Buy one!
