I have the 2013 model SEL.
I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

This is the 3rd Taurus I have owned, and it's the best
This is the 3rd Taurus I have owned, and it's the best yet. It handles very good. It's faster than my previous Taurus, which was a 2010. I really like the fact that it has a CD player. I bought this one because the Taurus has always been very reliable. I gave my 2010 to my daughter with 130 thousand miles on it, and it still runs great. I don't understand why Ford stopped making this car.

SHO is the Total Package!
The SHO is so good that I bought a second one! This car is the total package. The heart of a Raptor. The durability of a police cruiser. The interior of a luxury sedan. All wrapped in a sporty but sensible exterior.

Good but could be better
I have owned many Taurus vehicles, starting back in 1994. They have been great rides, getting better every year. The 2016 was fantastic, best I had, but I leased it and thought the buyout was too much. I now own a 2018, it is probably the second best, I say that because they have taken away some of the minor safety features, (like the ability to choose between 3 or 5 blinks when changing lanes. I think 5 is safer.) another problem is that they haven’t improved the adaptive cruise control, if something were to happen that caused me to pass out, the cruise would slow me to 15 mph, and then goes off. Not very safe, in my opinion. The ride is great, gas mileage is not too bad, and I get compliments on the looks all the time. I don’t understand why they discontinued it.

My 5th Ford Taurus. Sad that Ford has cancelled it
The 2018 Limited has all of the comfort and convenience extras, good power with the standard V6, handles well. Previous models owned '93, '99, '04, '17 and '18. Next car will have to be someone else's sedan. I'm no SUV or truck guy.

I bought this 2018 Taurus Limited brand new in 2019, it was left over. I received a great deal. It only has 13,120 miles on it. I am a Loyal Ford Man, take care of them they will serve you well.

WORST CAR'S EVER MADE!!!
Transmission problems... Electrical system issues. Not a reliable car. This car is definitely not a recommended type of vehicle. These cars are definitely heading to the junkyard sooner than later.

21st Century Luxury Muscle Car
The absolute best car I have ever owned. Sweet power, fabulous handling, and all the helpful accessories you could ask for. A gorgeous dash at night so easy to look at, wow! Holds the road like glue with that all wheel drive. Rides like a Lincoln! Too bad Ford stopped building them.

This was a fun car to drive
When I sat in the car, It didn't feel like the old taurus from the 90s, you felt like you just sat in something cool. It is a real upgrade from the old models, however to let you know. My husband was recently in a wreck with his ford ranger and a head on collision with this same type of car and it it completely accordion style from front to end. So, not as rough as the old ones safety Wise. Although real pretty, wouldn't put my teen or young adult behind this wheel after seeing that wreck.
