Durable. Good value for the money. Reliable, did not have many maintenance issues even over one hundred thousand miles. 4-wheel drive works great, especially in winter weather.

This is my 5th Grand Cherokee and very happy with it. Has never had any major surprises or issues. I went out looking for a 2004 mainly because this final generation before the restyled 2005 is the best riding. (Went from a solid rear axle to independent suspension.) None of my Jeeps have ever left me stranded and I plan to continue to drive it for a very long time.

This is a great all around vehicle , has all the extras, runs and drives excellent , the 4wd quadrotrac never leaves me walking in the winter up the mountain to my house, plenty of room for family and groceries east on gas and very little cost to maintain

This Jeep lives upto every expectation I had for a Grand Cherokee. Comfort, style and most importantly...performance. Drives like a Cadillac. Couldn't be happier if she was brand new.
