It was ok, but lacked in many areas

I test drove this vehicle, the Toyota Camry and the Honda Accord. Out of all 3 vehicles this car lacked in power, comfort and handling. The Toyota out handled all, but for me the Honda Accord was the best all around vehicle. I was anxious to drive the new Kia as they have come a long way, but the road is long and full of twists and turns. Kia just isn't there yet which was a let down as they ranked high on consumer reports and won the sedan of the year in 2016. I was really expecting MORE! For taller drivers the car offered more room than the Camry, and only a little more than the Accord, BUT! They scarificed the leg room and the head room for the passengers in the rear of the car (keep that in mind). Honda offered ample room for both. I sat in the driver seat and put the seat where I found it to be comfortable for my daily commute and sat in the rear and didn't have any issues in the Accord (I am 6'3"). Overall I went with the Accord for this purchase.

I love this car

This car is way better than the corolla I traded in. It has more space in the back seat. The back up camera helps me to see better when backing up. I love it

Most value for the money over any car I've owned

Comfort, performance, and fuel efficient full size vehicle. 29 mpg on first tank of fuel with mostly city driving. Fun to drive.

Luv my Kia!

I have always thought this was a beautiful car and I still agree now that I am an owner...it just has an appeal when you see it driving down the street that demands attention

One of the best cars I've ever pwned.

This car while not the most powerful, surprisingly has much more power than expected for a 4cyl. It's very spacious and the riding comfort is better than we expected. The gas mileage is truly outstanding, were averaging around 28-29mpg in town and as much as 37-39mpg highway. The handling is very tight and responsive and handles very well on country roads, highway and in the rain. Having had the chance to test it out in the snow yet, but I'm sure it will do great. Love all the technology upgrades on the cars Bluetooth systems. I do wish that the stereo was a little better, the speakers and sound quality sound very cheap, but other than that I really have no complaints. Great family car.

Surpassing Expectations

The optima really surprised me for what I was expecting from Kia. The technology in this car is competitive with luxury car brands that was something I didn't expect.
