Quality car with great features.

I love it! So far I have put a little over 200 miles on it and my MPG is around 58! I have made a few 40 minute freeway trips but mostly it has been city driving within 14 miles of commute. At full charge, it allows you to do 14 miles on purely electric. Driving in Electric is just unbelievable. It is quiet, it is powerful, and smooth. The switch to Hybrid is smooth as well, but you do hear the engine when it is operational, still very quiet. I love that the navigation decides how the car can be most efficient given your route and traffic. That is amazing. It gave me unbelievable economy using this feature. I also love the haptic gas pedal; it tells you when you are being inefficient. The car is smart alright! And then it is a Mercedes; the quality is Mercedes, the drive is Mercedes; and the comfort is Mercedes. I absolutely love the sound system. I drive around just to listen to my favorite songs! And then it is 4Matic! The cons are that it only has a 14 mile pure electric range. I wish it was more. The cargo space is not the greatest. And it does take a while to understand all the technology in the car. HOWEVER, given all the options for PHEV buyers, it is a really good choice for someone looking for a 4 wheel drive SUV that drives great, gives good fuel economy for around town and is smart enough to offer the best fuel economy without compromising excellent torque, responsiveness, and comfort.

Drives like a Mercedes. Trabant electrics.

Car drives & handles wonderfully. The electronics controlling the media center & climate controls must have come fron the Trabant factory. The clock loses 5 minutes a week. I rented a Hyundai sub-compact 3 years ago that had better Bluetooth service. Trying to cycle through the music system would cause accidents since so much attention is needed to navigate the ridiculous menu system. There is a flat control pad right where your right would rest. Accidentally touching this creates havoc with the media center. Nobody at MB knows what the actual full charge of the battery is (kms or miles). After indicating the car is fully charged it now shows fewer kms than when I got it.
