2020 Subaru Forester consumer reviews

I love the roominess of the interior, the room for all my stuff in the back, and the hands free hatch back lift gate. I am only 5'1" and the driver seat is very adjustable so I can see and feel very safe driving it, there are no blind spots.! Love the big panoramic moonroof. The engine is only a 4 cylinder but it has great acceleration onto the freeway. I am a little disappointed that the tow rate is only for 1500 lbs, however. I am wanting to buy a small camper, so I'm going to have to rethink what I'm going to buy. Otherwise, it's a beautiful vehicle, has all the safety features I was looking for, with a huge moonroof, and lots of space. I am so glad I purchased it.

I love this car as does my daughter when I let her drive it. Even the granddaughter liked it. Way to go Subaru. DONE! Finished

My first Subaru and I love it! Very safe and all the bells and whistles. Smooth and spacious. The staff was amazing at Atlantic Subaru. I am very pleased and am excited to be a new Subaru owner!

I traded in a 2018 Subaru Forester for the newer model. To me the best feature is the camera which recognizes me and sets the driver's seat and mirrors. The camera also notices if my eyes leave the road. The back lift is quiet and open or closes in a fraction of a second. This new model is extremely well lit as well as the various function buttons. After reading and learning the manuals, I recommend writing page numbers of information on the front so one can find info easily. Subaru makes it easy to maintain the vehicle and Tucson Subaru is fantastic. Immensely like the car and now my spouse agrees trading in our 2018 was a good thing.

It's only been a week, but so far love it. Handles the snow great - had to drive in a couple storms already and I felt very in control and it didn't slide or spin at all. Gotta love AWD

Met all needs. Comfortable and easy to drive. Great safety features. Nice variety of colors and models . It is my second Subaru and did not bother to look for anything else.

I needed a new car and narrowed my search down to my 4 favorites (small SUV’s). I wish I started with the Subaru because it quite simply checked off all the boxes. Roomy- I’m 6’4” and have plenty of leg and, amazingly, head room. Stylish- The sport model really stands alone in the glut that is the small SUV/crossover market. Interior- Again, very stylish and modern. Safety- You can’t argue against Subaru’s safety record. Gas Consumption- I drive mostly city and am averaging over 27mpg. Warranty- Lifetime drive train and I purchased the very economical extended warranty (7 yrs/100000miles)

This is our second Subaru, but our first with an SUV of any type. We chose it over the Outback because it's a little smaller, the windows are slightly larger and it comes with a CD player (not everyone streams). The first week my husband drove it to work, someone pulled right out in front of him and before he had a chance to brake, the car stopped itself. We bought our first Subaru because of the commercials highlighting the safety features and we don't regret buying the second one now.

After a short period of ownership, the reviews are in and the car has passed with flying colors. It handles and looks very well, and our friends all like it.

Great vehicle. Safe, dependable, and economical. The awd is great. The safety technology is advanced and solid. The Forester is fun to drive. I look forward to each trip because it is such a pleasure to drive.
