It does everything well

Low maintenance cost, high resale value, turns heads, fast, fun, good gas mileage, safe, great in snow, rain, comfortable, handles like a dream, great audio. What more can you ask for? My only complaints: Factory engine tune is horrible - get the car tuned! Volume on steering wheel should be a barrel like my old Audi to quickly adjust volume. Trunk cannot be opened without keys in your hand even if car doors are unlocked. Carpet and a few interior hard plastic pieces could be better quality.

Great bang for your buck sports sedan!

We have owned 2 Subaru?s before and couldn?t wait to get back into another one. We just drove and are buying a 2016 WRX premium and couldn?t be more excited! It?s a fun car to drive, AWD so you can take it anywhere, and it quick! Can?t ask for much more out of a 4 door sedan!

A Blast to Drive and Great for Up North

This is my 5th Subaru, 4th Impreza, and 3rd WRX or STI. Having recently been driving a Toyota Tacoma for the past 6 years, I come back to Subaru with a fresh perspective. The pros: - Ridiculously fun to drive between the six speed, the turbo charger, and the AWD - Very good gas mileage, especially for a vehicle with AWD. Even when I'm enjoying driving and accelerating hard, I almost always get mid-20s MPG. On the highway I frequently get over 30, even though I think the car is only rated to get in the 27-28 range. - Premium trim has some good features, including sunroof and heated mirrors/wipers/seats - Good looking vehicle that is sharp but looks deceptively civilized The cons: - The stereo is utter garbage. Not only does it sound terrible, it's built around this Aha app that is borderline discontinued and a nightmare to get anything productive out of. The worst part is the steering wheel controls and the backup camera are both tied to the stereo, so aftermarket replacements are near impossible if you want to keep that functionality - Subaru has had awful interior design for decades, and it pretty much continues here. There's 2 cup holders in the whole front end, nowhere to put your phone, no change tray, and the glove box doesn't fit a pair of gloves in it unless you take out the giant owner's manual. The interior of the car simple does not match the exterior as far as sleekness, appeal, and functionality Overall, I really like this car, I'm mostly just disappointed Subaru hasn't gotten any better at interiors over the past 20 years. I would've thought the premium trim would have had a sound system that at least didn't get distorted at mid-range volumes. Fortunately, between having the sunroof open and enjoying the nice growl of the engine, I don't feel like I need the stereo to enjoy the vehicle. It's still an absolute blast to drive, and I'm happy with the gas mileage and performance.

Most fun car I?ve owned.

This was my third car which I?ve wanted a WRX since they came out in 2002. The result was well worth it. For the money it is one of the best performing cars I?ve driven. It always baffles me how fast you can take turns in this thing. On a road trip I was able to get 35mpg, which wasn?t expected as the highway rating is 27. If you have the chance to get one I?d highly recommend it you will not regret it. Good traction, good gas mileage, good excel-oration, and minimal maintenance.

so far, worst car I ever had!!

Bought a brand new Subaru WRX 2016. Everything went smooth until one day it breaks down in the freeway, i.e. engine light went on steady, all warning lights in the dashboard went on too, stop accelerating, found out from the repair shop 1and 2 cylinders broke down, oil leaks everywhere. My mileage when this thing happened was over 29,000 miles. Transmission wont disengage, all kind of goodies showed up!!!

Most reliable car I ever owned

Fast, sporty and great car for a middle aged dad with a family looking for a sports car. This was the nicest sports car sedan that I ever owned. This car is great because it is 4-doors. The turbo makes it really fast but the AWD keeps it safe in all-seasons. This car goes through snow no issues.

Fun Car for the Enthusiast!

Awesome car! Will certainly satisfy any enthusiast. My only complaint is the infotainment system. It seemed dated not having apple car play. The base sound system is pretty bad for a $40k car. Other than that I experienced excellent reliability and a lot of fun on the back roads.
