The Quick Offer Program is not available in all areas and not all vehicles are eligible for Offers. The Quick Offer Program may not be used to sell or trade-in commercial vehicles, vehicles with a police, fire, livery or taxi history, vehicles without a valid Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), vehicles not originally built for the United States market or that were imported illegally or outside of official manufacturer channels, and vehicles registered at an auto auction. You may use the Quick Offer Program as many times as you wish so long as your vehicle meets the requirements herein. While many dealers and partners will bid within 24 hours, some requests require more information from you and some dealers and partners may require additional time to submit a bid.
By requesting an offer, you agree that Cars.com, LLC, our service providers and participating dealers and partners may contact you about your vehicle or other products and services. You consent to receive phone calls, manually or automatically dialed, and texts at the mobile number you supply.

The offer or bid that you receive from a participating dealer or partner is non-binding and may change based on the dealer's or partner’s physical inspection of your vehicle’s condition.
