The buying process was completely painless and the negotiation went smoothly because I did my research online. I got a decent price for my trade and ended up paying what I wanted to. Omar was a fantastic sales person to work with!
I walked into the dealership to test drive an RDX and within 15 minutes, I'm on the road. When I returned, we talked numbers on both the car I purchased as well as the one I traded. Wasn't any BS that I've encountered at other dealerships--their offer on my car was fair and I paid $250 more than I wanted to for their car. Done deal, I was home in 3 hours from the point the odyssey started!
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
We purchased a certified 2010 ZDX in the summer of 2013. My wife and I really enjoy the ride. I have found maintaining the car at Jay Wolfe Acura to be painless.

I have bought and leased many cars over the years. I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did yesterday at David McDavid of Austin. All of them were extremely courteous and so helpful. They spent a lot of time working with me and when it was all said and done I felt they were extremely fair. This was overall the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. This was my first time having to go to this Service department since this is my first Acura. First of all I want to let you know that Yves Vrnoga who wrote up my order was very professional and extremely helpful. My service was to pick up my key number 1. I had no idea that this takes around 90 minutes because of programming. I was so greatful that they drove me somewhere where I could wait and did some errands. even though there was a mix up and I have to return for key I highly recommend this service department. They took care of me. The only drawback is I live in Brentwood and have to return.
I new what I was looking for and was glad to find it. I was hopeful for a better deal and found it difficult to manage an agreement with financial advisor. Fortunately after hours of negotiating all kinds of terms we came to understanding. I understand I choose a very special SUV, but as a customer looking for the best I expect the best deal. Sales representative did a great job showing me my car of my dreams with great knowledge.
Francis was our guy who helped us get the car we wanted and the payments we were looking for which were lower than we expected. He was really patient and understanding with us. Not to mention he???s a pretty funny and relatable guy! overall, our experience here have been great and this is our second car for them!
