I was extremely pleased with the purchase a used vehicle for my daughter from Gillman Acura. My sales rep was Crysta Pickett and she made the process very painless and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extras. I was in and out within an hour.
Unfortunately a couple days after we brought the car home something catastrophic happened to the engine and I reached out to Crysta and had the car towed to my mechanics shop. I immediately got a call from the Sales Manager, Greg. He said that they were going to tow the car down to there dealership and check it out. He called me a day or so later and said that the engine was destroyed. He said that even though I bought the car "as-is" that the car should not have died within two days of bringing it home and that the dealership was going to take care of it! Needless to say I was very happy to hear that they were stepping up to the plate and taking care of this.
I cannot say enough how pleased I was with the entire process and even though the used vehicle had serious problems shortly after bringing it home the dealership took care of it with no qualms whatsoever.
This is the way a business should treat its customers. I will not go anywhere else again.

My second ILX leased from Acurra of Peoria. It meets my needs and expectation. Style features, comfort and economical. And the team at Acura of Peoria did an amazing job as they have always.
This was the best dealership service appointment I have ever had. Was given an estimate of two hours for an airbag recall, but my car was done in 45 minutes! Best ever and I will be back, not only for service, but to purchase the next car.
Proven engine should last a very long time.

I leased a 2019 Aspec and so far it’s very reliable with 10k miles.
I would’ve paid more for a faster powertrain option for sure. Like putting the 2liter turbo in this car would be amazing! However it has a good ratio of power and MPG.
My biggest complaint on the car is the range per tank. I’m getting 300 per tank but I’m not driving with a light foot to get the best mpg possible. Averaging 30 mpg.
Another thing I would like them to update is the ACC stop and go that is on the RDX. This system turns off around 35 mph.

I just had the most unbelievable, remarkable, outstanding service of my life. A truck I recently purchased broke on me while pulling an RV for a planned vacation. Diane Boyd took care of my family as if she were the one going on vacation! She jumped into action and made the whole repairs process painless. I am still in shock. I am not accustomed to having people keep their promises, or do the right things just because they are right. I am used to excuses and justifications and meanness especially once a company has my money. But I am writing this to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the over-the-top level of service and care shown to me and my family. Mike the service foreman was extremely helpful and really put time and effort into trying to figure out what was going on with my car. He genuinely wanted to help and make things right. He was fantastic! Miguel - service adviser called me with updates regularly and was helpful and polite.

This car is absolutely beautiful exterior design gorgeous and same for the espresso interior great design love ❤️ it. Would recommend this car to my friends.
Dealership and Eric (the salesman) were responsive and helpful. No pressure during the process. We did not buy the car we investigated at the dealership because it didn't fit wind up fitting our needs. However, I would definitely return to shop there again.
Thank you Pete Sanchez and the management team of John Eagle for saving the day! These guys are a class act and would refer my mother to this dealership. What started out a bit strained, Pete and the managers turned it all around and I was so thankful for "sticking it out".
