Sixteen years of consistently fantastic customer service

Leith Acura is my favorite merchant, bar none. Currently, we own two Acuras and one Honda, all of which we always have serviced exclusively at Leith Acura. Last night, the alternator of our 2009 Honda Accord with 128K finally failed. This morning, I just drove it directly to Leith Acura in time to be there when the service department opened, confident that my friends there would confirm my diagnosis, get and install a new alternator, and have me back on the road faster than I could dare to expect. Oh - and in the meantime, I knew I could fire up my laptop and get quality work done in their very comfortable customer waiting area. Sure enough, Steve Riley got the alternator from another dealership for a reasonable price; the Leith Acura mechanics installed it; and I was out the door after only 2.5 hours (without having had an appointment). Over the past 16 years, I've observed a consistent attitude at Leith Acura: they sincerely care about their customers and treat them like family; they always get the job done right and timely; and they are always honest. (I bought my 2017 TLX from them, too). BTW, this review is entirely unsolicited - they deserve it! THANK YOU, STEVE!
