Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.
Chad went above and beyond expected service. I live in SC and connected with Chad on the internet. Once Chad and I agreed on the car and price he kept me in the loop constantly on its delivery. The delivery was late due to a recall, so rather than having me come to Atlanta he delivered the car personally to me over Thanksgiving weekend after the car arrived at the dealership. Could not have asked for better service.
The reason I bought my vehicle in for service at Ed Voyles is Al McGowan... I followed him here from Nalley Acura. I trust Ed, when it comes to his customers, he makes double sure that you get the service that you pay for, his integrity is what is important to me.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I purchased a 2014 Mercedes suv from Malones in November 2017. I viewed the vehicle on the internet and flew to Atlanta to complete the purchase. The vehicle was exactly as represented and was extremely clean. Great sales team and I would buy another car from them.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
I love this dealership! The entire staff is very friendly and also very knowledgeable! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Ford, he is a true people person, great listener, has a very strong work ethic and worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I had very high expectations and he rose to the occasion and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely by another vehicle from ALM Kennesaw via Jason. The perfect match!
What I really liked about Audi Gwinnett is the team dynamic. I was greeted right as I came in by a kind receptionist and then Slim helped me get started finding Shawn for my reservation and they were the ONLY dealership in my month of car shopping to offer to go on the test drive with me! I can tell you right now that if Shawn hadn't ridden along with me to answer all of my insane amount of questions I probably would have gone home to think it over and thrown it in the stack of other cars I test drove and couldn't make up my mind on. They had a great and affordable bumper to bumper extended coverage plan (which is really important to me with used cars). Tracey made the boring paperwork part fun. I knew I was going to get along with that guy the moment I layed eyes on his fake spilled coffee accident gag he had on his desk. I gladly give this team a five star review! Y'all rock!

The plastic closure on the console armrest broke causing the top of the armrest to remain open and upright. I do use the armrest console to store items I use frequently, but it is never over packed. I contacted Ed Voyles' Acura service department and explained what had occurred and brought my car in for service. Samuel Neitzke was my service technician. After Samuel investigated the issue, he called the Acura customer service department and arranged to have a new armrest ordered for my auto. Samuel then called me, telling me that he had taken care of everything and that he would call when the armrest was installed. My sincere thanks to Ed Voyles Acura and Samuel Neitzke. I have always been impressed my the service at Ed Voyles Acura, now my wife, Suzanne says she had every intention of buying her next new auto from Ed Voyles Acura. I had a really great experience at Honda Carland. My Salesman Ryan Walcott was so professional as well as personable. I was conflicted between two models and he very patiently kept showing me and test driving the two until I decided. NOT ONCE did he show a tiny sign of frustration, he repeatedly said he just wanted to make sure that I got the right vehicle. Once I decided, the rest of the process was quite smooth and quick. Lauren (my Finance Manager) made that process clear and effortless. I was very pleased with the options that were presented (without any pressure) to protect my new Odyssey. I am very pleased with the entire outcome. I am so happy with my purchase and everyone at Honda Carland made the experience great!
