Since I purchased this car new the blue tooth, nav technology options have not worked. I have had the sales person and service manager tell me that I don't sit close enough to the microphone, that the technology isn't the best, that its complicated ...but bottom line is phone call doesn't work, blue tooth doesn't work. Nav thinks I am in cities 100s of miles away. I have gone in numerous times. Would not purchase this vehicle again or deal with this dealership again ever.

Very comfortable and reliable
Only dissadvantage is low on towing capacity
Otherwise, good size of cargo space and inside and very comfort and quiet
Gas milege is about 11 l / 100km (mainly city) 8.0 l/ 100km for high way
A good service team is worth its weight in gold, and Ray Johns is the best I have ever encountered. EVER. I could describe how knowledgeable he is and how he makes sure that every detail about my car is right, but what I really need to say is Ray Johns is a reason to buy an Audi from this dealership and come back again. Doesn't matter whether you're a man or woman, in a suit or a sweatshirt, he makes me feel like my questions about the car matter -- and gets them all answered, recognizes that I'm squeezing in service between work and kids and shows me useful features about the car that I didn't know were there (and my Q5 is two years old!).

Great to Drive. Great power. No issues reported within 3 years. Wouldn't sell if there was no shortage of Cash. At the same time the SUV looks luxurious.

We love our MDX Tech. It is stylish, spacious, smooth driving, and with the best technical features. It feels and drives like a large smooth SUV high above the street, but the exterior size is not too bad and it's easy to park and manuver. The Backup camera features and lane change/blind side warnings are a great added feature. The ELS Surround Sound System is as good as anything out there (though I wish they still supported DVD-Audio, which I enjoy on my 2009 Acura TSX). The third row is small and only for children, but that suits us fine. We pulled the 3rd row down for now as it adds a good bit of storage.
I just purchased my new RDX yesterday and I am very pleased with it. I drove 2 hours to Rosenthal Acura to get my car. It was a hectic drive, but well worth the trip! I can???t say enough about this dealership. My salesman, Alan Eden was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. He is a true professional. He did everything he could do to make this a great, smooth transaction. Even though we have so far to travel to get there, I would highly recommend this dealership. I really love my car! Thank you Alan Eden for everything you did for us!

I had previously owned 5 other Acura’s so going to this SUV was planned as my family got bigger. Unfortunately we Became to big and had to go to a different car. Overall I loved it and would recommend it to anyone.
Great and enjoyable experience working with Fernando at the first day of the visit, it was one of my car dealerships visiting. After a few days of shopping around, I finally select Fernando, he answers my midnight questions, help me select the cost saving package choices and work with manager provide good quote. He is very professional and friendly. A few days later, I select Rosonthal to start purchase the car, his team Ned Imaniyan help me trade in and proceed the final negotiations. He???d answered many questions from my wife to figure out how to control today???s high tech car... I feel from the top manager to sales team are so nice and enjoyable work with. The price, the car select and the car cleaning all are perfect. I want to thank you all from Rosonthal Acura Owner, Manager, Fernado and Nad Imaniyan and other team. Extremely comfortable and a great ride. The exterior is beautiful and the interior has tons of space. There’s decent leg room in the third row and still has sufficient space in the back when it’s up.
John was great in making my purchase a bit easier. They promised to bring car to me in VA and get moonroof deflector installed and neither happened. But, they did pay for an Uber to bring me out to them. Ended up missing work :( and stuck in rush-hour traffic but love my car!

Had to replace my 15 year old Honda Odyssey that bit the dust. This vehicle serves all of my needs and is very comfortable. Incredible value for the money.
Salesman Robin is wonderful,very professional, patient & kind. Best customer service I have had at a car dealership in awhile. We came in just to check out customer service before buying car but left out with the vehicle that night,we just picked up our hard tags 1 month later and we are very pleased.

Had test driven several 7-seater luxury SUVs before this purchase. Best value for money. 60% the cost of comparable models plus Japanese reliability and low cost of maintenance compared to the German.
I emailed Rosenthal asking about an RDX they had in stock. Ned Imaniyan contacted me by email and quickly gave me a lease price and terms. The monthly lease payment beat several other Acura dealers in the area by a significant amount. Showed up at the dealership, signed paperwork and was out within the hour. Very happy.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I was very pleased with the salesperson, Jonathan Delacruz along with the accounting person, Steffan , they really worked patiently to get me a good deal and a suitable car. I drove out with my new car the same day. I highly recommend doing business with them, you won't regret it.
