Since I purchased this car new the blue tooth, nav technology options have not worked. I have had the sales person and service manager tell me that I don't sit close enough to the microphone, that the technology isn't the best, that its complicated ...but bottom line is phone call doesn't work, blue tooth doesn't work. Nav thinks I am in cities 100s of miles away. I have gone in numerous times. Would not purchase this vehicle again or deal with this dealership again ever.
Friendly staff, no pressure from anyone involved. Just a great experience! I would highly recommend this dealership! Carlos explained in detail everything about the vehicle and followed up with an email.
I was blown away by the phenomenal service I received at Antonino Acura. I went to the service manager Peter with concerns with my 2017 Acura TLX and he exceeded my expectations. I have three Acura dealerships that are closer to me, but it is well worth the drive knowing how confident I am in their service department. I highly recommend them.

We love our MDX Tech. It is stylish, spacious, smooth driving, and with the best technical features. It feels and drives like a large smooth SUV high above the street, but the exterior size is not too bad and it's easy to park and manuver. The Backup camera features and lane change/blind side warnings are a great added feature. The ELS Surround Sound System is as good as anything out there (though I wish they still supported DVD-Audio, which I enjoy on my 2009 Acura TSX). The third row is small and only for children, but that suits us fine. We pulled the 3rd row down for now as it adds a good bit of storage.
I was a hundred miles from home and 200 miles from my starting point when my BMW blew a tire. It was a holiday and I was in the middle of nowhere with all service closed. I called the BMW 800 number and thankfully they towed my car to BMW of Bloomington. I received a call Tuesday morning and learned I had to get new tires and they also performed the regular maintenance. I was concerned and surprised because my car had just been in my BMW service center for maintenance in July. I never thought once that my tires were bad. BMW 800 service got me a LIFT ride home, 110 miles with a wonderful BMW driver that told me Bloomington BMW was the best.
I had no idea how I would get my car home. I asked Jeremy for ideas when he called me. When my car was complete with new tires, break service and who knows what else, Jeremy called me with a plan. Ed Jackson drove my car to my door over a 100 miles away followed by another driver who drove them both back to Bloomington. I don't know much about cars and I rely on my dealer and the service to guide me and keep me safe. I'm so grateful that my catastrophy happened near Bloomington. You haven't seen the last of me.

This car is comfortable, drives nice and has a luxury feel. Between this and the Lexus RX350 and Volvo . So happy we went with the Acura. Kids are happy too. Third row is a nice plus.

I had previously owned 5 other Acura’s so going to this SUV was planned as my family got bigger. Unfortunately we Became to big and had to go to a different car. Overall I loved it and would recommend it to anyone.
We went there with high hopes and weren't disappointed!! Sebastian was fantastic and did everything he could to make this buying experience a great one, THANK YOU. Patrick, lives with sponge Bob under the sea, the finance manager was phenomenal with helping out and not breaking our pockets. Thank you Muller team!! Keep up the great work, and always keep that personality!!
I found the exact truck through the internet. The dealership responded to me immediately and I was transferred to Matt for the price and trade in value. I thought the prices they quoted me were fair for me. Matt did an excellent job ensuring the truck was set up as I wanted it. Finally a good experience buying a truck that I really wanted. I would definitely recommend buying a car from then.
My husband and I had the best experience at Lupient we've ever experienced at a car dealership! Seamus and Dustin, with the help of Chad as well, made trading our 2015 Sierra SLT for a new 2017 Sierra Denali Ultimate not only quick and easy, but it was very enjoyable and we appreciated truly being treated as a guest and not just another potential buyer. Seamus went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. As long as the Lupient team continues to deliver the personal touch, we will be Lupient loyal.
I had a rather poor experience here. I went because the 4.9 Rating on cars.Com and they had the best list prices for the car I wanted. I went there expecting a good experience and it turned into a 6 hour long ordeal. Within 10 minutes I was dealing with a confrontational sales man who insisted they need to run my credit for me to shop. I immediately asked to speak to the manager. This was the first shady thing. I requested a new sales man. After all I drove 2hrs there and didn't want to waste my time. So I decided on my vehicle and then came the negotiation time. They offered me 5000 under bluebook. Shady practice number 2. At this point I grab my stuff and was getting up to leave. The salesman kindly asked me to wait so I waited for one more offer which was still 3grand under blue book. I inspected the offer they had printed there was also like 5k in service contracts and extended warranties on there I didn't ask for. Shady practice number 2. They don't tell you the terms of the financing I had to confront them About it. At this point I told them I don't have time to play these games, I had already been there for 3 to 4hours, and to make a real offer or I'm leaving. I was pretty furious at this point. 3Rd offer came back with what I was expecting with one small correction they had door edge guards listed on the vehicle and they were not so I had them remove that charge. Even though this dealer ship list there vehicle prices as low on cars.Com they put dealer accessories on everything to boost the price back up. I will not be returning here and wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.
