Found the 2012 Toyota Highlander on a Cars.com search. Contacted the dealer and was responded to immediately. Arrived at the dealership and was met immediately and shown the car which was as described. It was immaculate and dealer had mounted new tires and new brakes. Jesse completed the sales process in an efficient and thorough manner, making sure our questions were addressed. The finance dept. arranged the financing rapidly through our credit union online. The whole process took about 3 hours including test drive. So far I am very pleased with the vehicle and very pleased with the treatment we received at Scanlon Acura.

Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

This is my wife's and my 3rd car from Scanlon ( my first, wifes had 2). We walked in and were greeted with a smile. Best part was Sam Oris de Rao recognized us from 2 years ago! He helped us 2 years ago and immediately wanted to ensure we got the best deal out there. He knew we just added to the family and money was tight. He went above and beyond to make sure we got an amazing deal on a new 2019 MDX. I was specifically looking at the 2016 model because of the features it offered. The Volvo dealership gave me an opportunity to make my dream come true. In fact, I had so much confidence in them after my initial visit, that I came down to Florida from Wisconsin to purchase the car.
The best car buying experience of my life. The salesman, Mike Messina, was polite, informative and definitely not ???pushy???. He let me go through the shopping and buying process at ???MY PACE???. I???d recommend Mike and Scanlon Acura to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

This car meets all my needs. I’m driving MDX for 10 years now and never disappointed by the quality and handling. This is definitely great car for the family.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

it met all of my expectations and i honestly love the ride, it was clean and kept well maintained by the previous owner
the color was nice like i never been so happy to be driving, and isnt that the most important. im going to have this car for 5 years financed so i made sure i fell in love with it.
Amazing customer service all very polite and helpful on trying to make sure your happiness is achieved. When I was not sure about the vehicle I was originally mistreated in they helped me find a car around the price and model I wanted.
A true luxury SUV!

New tires, completely detailed, like new.

We keep trying to buy something else in an SUV, but the overall value and design of the MDX is just superior. We have had only one event where we had to get to a dealer to fix a failing system in 12 years of this product. It is not as elegant as the Lexus or Mercedes, but it is good enough to withstand the $8,000 price differences. They hold their value and the dealer services are reasonable.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I was torn between two models and he allowed me to take my time with each one to ensure I was happy with my decision. Marianne made my paperwork a breeze. I will definitely recommend Naples Acura to my friends and colleagues.
