Not much to say accept excelent customer service . Answered all my questions without beating around the bush . Made going into a dealership to buy a car almost fun . They didnt have to work very hard though , the cars sell themselves
We ended up purchasing two new 4Runners and even with an hour power outage (due to someone hitting a power box or something) they worked through everything, gave us everything we were looking for, and it was a quick and easy process.
Very helpful, took lots of time with us, answered our questions and were very knowledgable. They didn't ever pressure us and were willing to just show us whatever we needed to know. Nice dealership-clean, friendly people. Keith was very patient-he was obviously busy, but took time to explain as much as he could without overwhelming us. Pushy, hard sell salespeople turn me off but Keith was the antithesis of this type.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
I walked in and was greeted warmly. Jacob was my sales person & I had already decided before visiting that I wanted to lease a new RDX. Jacob Loverdi took me for a test drive and educated me on all of the features, he really knows his stuff. The process was super smooth due to the technology Crown uses where on a computer screen you can determine your exact lease payment by adjusting various factors without involving a bunch of back and forth between sales and management like car buying has been known for. The sales Manager, Sophie, also stopped in to greet me and make all questions were answered. The whole process is transparent. Jacob made sure my car was detailed/ready to go with a full tank of gas & I was out the door with my dream car. Crown seems to have a family environment where their staff has been there a long time or have worked up through promotions so they really understand the cars and processes. I will refer people for sure!

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Mitchell on my new 2019 Acura MDX company lease vehicle He took the time to show me all of the new unique features of the car and also made arrangements to detail the 2015 MDX that was coming off lease. All in all an excellent experience with Mike and everyone at Leith Acura!
I have been a loyal certifed pre owned Acura customer for many, many years. With that being said, I have purchased from local dealers from Atlantic City to Bucks County and truly had the BEST car buying experience at Acura Turnersville this week.
Omar Ang, was my sales associate. I cannot say enough about him. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. When I mentioned I hadn't had lunch, he offered to bring in a pizza. Omar spent the time with me to go over all the latest features and transfer all my phone contents for me.
I also received a follow up call from him within a few days to see if I had any questions.
I know where I will purchase my next Acura.
I was blown away by the phenomenal service I received at Antonino Acura. I went to the service manager Peter with concerns with my 2017 Acura TLX and he exceeded my expectations. I have three Acura dealerships that are closer to me, but it is well worth the drive knowing how confident I am in their service department. I highly recommend them.
Seen the car I wanted online went into the dealership I was greeted by salesman Curtis Smith he was amazing from start to finish very professional very easy to work with Curtis made the hole experience very pleasant... Bought the car that day very happy
It was a no pressure sale. They have a very professional and friendly sales staff. Smooth transaction and paperwork process. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.
