Garrett was GREAT! to work with. I have to admit going into this car buying thing was a bit nerve wrecking from past experiences... BUT at ROYAL KIA they made me feel so comfortable. NO hassle, NO pressure whatsoever into buying a new car. I started the whole process online, and soon moved on to communication via text/phone which was super easy. I told him exactly what I wanted & he made sure to send me an "inventory list" of all their Kia Souls in stock. I then went in the next day to test drive it which was super fun made me feel comfortable (not awkward driving with a stranger) haha! & answered all my questions about the car, he has lots of knowledge about cars!! & 3 hours later I was driving out the lot in my new 2016 Kia Soul!! I love the car. If there are any negatives it would be the voice recognition software...it needs improvement from my point of view. Otherwise I like everything about it. Black on Black leather - AWD & Tech package.

Had the 123 plus an oil change as recommended. Called my service advisor, Chris Crawford, and got an early appointment.. Was there by 720 and out by 830, car washed, computer adjusted and everything done well. Was greeted by Mike who sold me the car. Other personnel were always asking if I needed anything. You feel really welcome. NOW THE BAD NEWS: Chris is leaving and he will be missed. He answered all my questions in the past about the various features of my Acura RDX. He treated me as a friend, advised about adding recommendations from my friends that were nice but not needed. We built a rapport and I trusted him. He is going to be hard to replace. Even though he is going to Phoenix to work at Chapman, it will be their gain and our loss. Have a great life Chris because you were a great help as my service advisor.

I love this vehicle. I have put 80,000 miles. This is my second Acura. Went back after trying BMW and Mercedes. They were to costly to maintain and always had expensive mechanical issues. I have had no mechanical or maintenance issues AT ALL with my Acura

on late afternoon, Thursday, 30 august 2018 I had my 2001 H1 hummer towed to Royal GMC Buick, 815 W. Automall Drive, Tucson, AZ 85705. (the vehicle would crank but the engine would not turnover (start). on Friday, 31 august 2018 I went to the dealership to check on the vehicle. at that time I met service advisor Mr. Chris Savastano and Master ASE and GM Certified Technician Mr. Joshua Dewitt. They both briefed me on the immediate status of the vehicle. Mr. Dewitt had already performed troubleshooting on the vehicle and got it to start so that it could be moved, under its own power, to a safer, out of the way, location prior to actually being worked on. that was the FIRST thing that impressed me about this duo of service advisor and certified technician. before I left the dealership I was presented with a verbal plan on how the troubleshooting and possible repair actions would proceed. no promises were made as to when the vehicle would be ready; however, there were assurances made that the mechanical problem would be identified and the vehicle repaired. during the entire two week process Mr. Savastano kept me informed as to the status of the job and the progress being made. I also had an occasion to speak with Mr. Dewitt and he provided me with his troubleshooting methodology and his opinion as to what might have caused the failure of the engine to start. on Friday, Friday, 31 august I was able to pick up the vehicle. it was in perfect running condition. and I would like to add that it was cleaner both inside and out than when it arrived at the dealership! this was the SECOND thing that most impressed me. Mr. Savastano was completely professional and was available to talk to me for as long as I required. and his pricing for the job was outstanding, taking into consideration what I had previously paid for labor at Royal Hummer on speedway and Columbus and also taking into account my prior military service. what impressed me the MOST was Mr. Dewitt's qualifications as a military trained HUMVEE mechanic! when I first learned of that I immediately felt relief and confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. also impressive was Mr. Dewitt's obvious enthusiasm for his job and his eagerness to tackle the challenge of isolating the problem(s) with my vehicle. HE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB of identifying and correcting the problems within my vehicle's engine, charging system, and "lift" pump system. I will most definitely be returning to this Royal location for any future H1 Hummer needs. OUTSTANDING!!

This was the only vehicle that caught my eye. I had my Nissan for 13 years and decided to upgrade and I’m happy the Acura MDX did just that. Smooth ride & very comfy compared to my Murano. I was able to find a 2016 with under 26,000 miles at a great price so that makes me love it even more !! :)

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Good power and that’s basically the only thing this car has to offer. I had 2015 Pilot before, thinking that going to MDX was an upgrade. In reality not so much. Interior is cramped. No window opening in the back tailgate. Not much storage in it vs Pilot. Bunch of electric issues. I work in IT for a living but I tell you this car has too many buttons in console. Turning on AC is like launching space rocket. Overall bad interior design all together. Another issue is sluggish transmission. In a parking lot or a mall going to reverse and forward just drive you crazy. For the money this car cost, there are better options out there.

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Why such a poor ride

I have driven cars and big trucks for 30 years, 17 mdx top of the line has the worst ride. I want to turn this back in , for my 04 grand caravan or 87 sentra. It’s AC and seats are great. This is the first car that has ever made me seasick with bouncing and pitching. I drove others, they were not this bad. Will go to the third dealer to see if they can fix. Also, the single reason I won’t buy an acura??? Unless bought at that dealer, the dealer staff does not want to help even if you have a $ 60 k mdx and got service their. Lexus has staff specifically to help with whom you can appt or just walk in. Why has Honda allowed this in Acura ??? I want to support Honda and Acura, but if I need a little help, their dealers should spend a little time

First let me say we have purchased our most recent previous cars from a particular dealership group that we like a lot. Our problem, though was their car lines of vehicles with 3rd row seats either would have cost us more or we would have settled for less. We were curious about the MDX and even though we were nervous about going to a place where didn't know anyone we took a chance on Chapman Acura .We connected online with our sales rep Greg Walsh, who couldn't have been easier to talk to and do business with. (I admit we compared prices to Phoenix but that wasn't going to be worth the trip.) So far our one visit to service was equally satisfying. A very pleasant and low stress environment. We couldn't be happier.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Went on TrueCar.Com searching SUV’s. One of the dealer listings were Radley Acura went to site and saw just what I was looking for an Acura MDX. This truck is awesome Black Copper Pearl exterior and interior is Brown/Chocolate. I absolutely love this vehicle. I claimed the offer got there and everything was hassle free. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect and I thought it was going to be like other experiences elsewhere just being told and sold. But here at Radley that was not the case, I met a great group of sales person, managers, and financing. From the door out everything was simple and straight forward. What made this experience even BETTER was Mr. Jordan Jenkins (Finance Manager at Radley). Mr. Jenkins omgee was more than awesome if I could give him 10 stars I would. I mean he made the financing process so easy and smooth, he knows his stuff awesome job. He treated me like family as I seen his reaction with anyone he came in contact with. He’s awesome!!! He even came in on his day off to complete my paperwork and to ensure that everything went accordingly. Now that's dedication and what a customer looks for to be treated like your cared about, I got that and more. He was very professional, friendly and all-around cool guy. The finance process was explained in detail was very clear and precise without being pushy and with no surprises. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful! I took my 2015 HONDA CRV into Chaplain to fix the tire light that came on. It turn out to be a small puncher hole on the side of tire. Richard Soto immediately told be it had to be replaced. Thanks to Nitrofill the tote was replaced with no charge to me. The service was all done in a short time. Thank you all in the service department for such good service!!

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I have the advance package and the rear bucket seats are great. Excellent fuel mileage compared to any SUV I have ever owned. I love the ride and comfort.
