Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

Los cambios ascendentes son muy bruscos y cuando recorta es aun peor.
Lo más grave del asunto es que ellos te dicen que es" Normal".
They were very helpful in transferring to the local dealer, providing the vehicle report, performing additional inspections and in the buying process. I would definitely shop with CarMax again.

I was specifically looking at the 2016 model because of the features it offered. The Volvo dealership gave me an opportunity to make my dream come true. In fact, I had so much confidence in them after my initial visit, that I came down to Florida from Wisconsin to purchase the car.
I bought a 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid it was in GREAT condition and below blue book Drives great and look great inside and out. Paul is a great salesman. I had no complaints. I would recomment this place for the best prices and great looking used cars.

Great looking and very comfortable. Acura is a very reliable car. I have owned four Acura’s and this will be my fifth one. I think it is the best car for the money!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

it met all of my expectations and i honestly love the ride, it was clean and kept well maintained by the previous owner
the color was nice like i never been so happy to be driving, and isnt that the most important. im going to have this car for 5 years financed so i made sure i fell in love with it.
We keep trying to buy something else in an SUV, but the overall value and design of the MDX is just superior. We have had only one event where we had to get to a dealer to fix a failing system in 12 years of this product. It is not as elegant as the Lexus or Mercedes, but it is good enough to withstand the $8,000 price differences. They hold their value and the dealer services are reasonable.
Thanks deluxe for hooking me up with a new ride. I noticed I wasn’t getting the respect or attention I needed in LA in my old ford focus. I needed a new car. My credit wasn’t that good but the folks at deluxe were ok with that. I was able to get a new car and hopefully get my girl back. Thanks guys!

This car feels like a tank going down the road! I love my Acura and all of it's amenities. This car is like "Calgon Take Me Away".
I had an insurance repair that needed to be fixed but waited over a year to address it. Service department got me in loaner went through process trying to get it approved although it was approved a year ago. Insurance denied claim. During this time I was in a loaner for almost 10days. Instead of me having to pay out of pocket for loaner/rental, they worked with insurance company to cover the rental so I did not have to come out of pocket. Kudo's to this service team!

This is a great family size car. It has 7 seats and so convenience. This is a technology and smart car. I love my car
Deanngello Stapleton was exceptionally helpful and patient. I test drove a couple of cars on a Friday, picked one out and went back because I decided I wanted a newer car; and test drove more. He was very informative and was able to answer my questions with no problem, even knew the history of the cars of interest. He walked me through the entire process with no pressure and I left with a great deal on the car of my choice; 2014 Honda Accord. Deanngello proved helpful even after I took the car home, he checked on me to make sure I was happy with the car and I was able to contact him afterwards for additional questions regarding the features, with no problem.

He knows his business and calmly and patiently responded to all of our concerns and made the whole purchase process effortless and efficient.
I have taken my MDX here for service for over 10 years and always had very good experience. George has excellent follow up and attention to detail. I'm treated very well and know my car is getting top notch service.
I've been bringing my Acuras to DCH Tustin for years and have always found the customer service and maintenance of my cars to be top notch. I never feel like I'm being sold a service I don't need. George listened carefully to my recent issue and made sure it was systematically addressed during service appointment. He clearly explained the findings over the phone and made me feel confident in the service required, in this case nothing more to be done immediately, but something to look at again during the next scheduled service. Thanks again for the great customer service and excellent technical folks in the shop.
Acura Dealership were very professional and courteous with me. The salesman, Edward was extremely supportive, patient, kind, and caring on my behalf.
