I have never see any dealer service manager like you failing to perform the job on my 2017 Acura RDX. You inspected the damages and You said to me don't worry, you will take care of the damage. Do yo remember that on the day that I drop off my car? One week latter, you call me to pickup my car and I notice one spot that near the rear license plate was not repair and you said, you will talk to the body shop and Progressive Insurance adjuster. Then on 10/16/18 you told me the Progressive Insurance will not pay for that one spot if repair. You told me to contact Progressive Insurance adjuster myself. it is not my responsible to contact Progressive Insurance adjuster after the parcel of repair. Its you and your dealer responsible for that. I am very disappointing with your Acura of Milford service dealer at this point.

This car is good for four people without loosing its comfort zone.However for long trips with six or seven passengers,there is very little cargo room.If you sell this car for six or seven people at least for future models increase the length by at least a foot to provide some cargo capacity.I had this car for only a month, it is working for me without issues.The problem here is that you are making a medium sized SUV to work as a full sized SUV and you are loosing cargo space with seven or six passenger.

Went on TrueCar.Com searching SUV’s. One of the dealer listings were Radley Acura went to site and saw just what I was looking for an Acura MDX. This truck is awesome Black Copper Pearl exterior and interior is Brown/Chocolate. I absolutely love this vehicle. I claimed the offer got there and everything was hassle free. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect and I thought it was going to be like other experiences elsewhere just being told and sold. But here at Radley that was not the case, I met a great group of sales person, managers, and financing. From the door out everything was simple and straight forward. What made this experience even BETTER was Mr. Jordan Jenkins (Finance Manager at Radley). Mr. Jenkins omgee was more than awesome if I could give him 10 stars I would. I mean he made the financing process so easy and smooth, he knows his stuff awesome job. He treated me like family as I seen his reaction with anyone he came in contact with. He’s awesome!!! He even came in on his day off to complete my paperwork and to ensure that everything went accordingly. Now that's dedication and what a customer looks for to be treated like your cared about, I got that and more. He was very professional, friendly and all-around cool guy. The finance process was explained in detail was very clear and precise without being pushy and with no surprises. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful! Also, to mention Sean (manager), Karim (sales) was also great. After my wife's beloved 2013 Volt was totalled by a mail truck, were searched for an exact replacement. Obviously Volts aren't common and certainly not standard for Acura by Executive but they had one. We found them using Cars.com and it was two years newer with less than a third of the mileage of it's predecessor. At first they were dubious we we called saying we wanted to fly in to pick it up and drive it back to the DC area but they quickly realized we were serious. They sent a driver the 40 miles to the airport to meet our flight and sent us home with a great car at a bargain price and with a full tank of gas! Great people to work with!

Why such a poor ride

I have driven cars and big trucks for 30 years, 17 mdx top of the line has the worst ride. I want to turn this back in , for my 04 grand caravan or 87 sentra. It’s AC and seats are great. This is the first car that has ever made me seasick with bouncing and pitching. I drove others, they were not this bad. Will go to the third dealer to see if they can fix. Also, the single reason I won’t buy an acura??? Unless bought at that dealer, the dealer staff does not want to help even if you have a $ 60 k mdx and got service their. Lexus has staff specifically to help with whom you can appt or just walk in. Why has Honda allowed this in Acura ??? I want to support Honda and Acura, but if I need a little help, their dealers should spend a little time

I just purchased an Acura TLX from a difference Acura dealership and was concerned about the transmission as it was shifting rough from gears 2-3. I brought it to Devon Acura in Norwalk. The service was exceptional. Nick (service manager) explained in detail what may be going on and the resolution. Nick went above and beyond to explain the details of the car and how it drives. I sold this vehicle before the second anniversary and went back to a Toyota Highlander Platinum. The Acura rode and shifted rough. It had some features that I liked, but I still prefer the Highlander Platinum

I purchased my first Acura, an MDX, in 2008. The process was great and over the years the service department took excellent care of me and my vehicle. Personally accommodating and fair pricing. Of the many new cars that I've purchased over the years, I've never repeatedly purchased the same brand, until now. I loved my '08 MDX and hated trading it in, but it was time. Smithtown Acura offered me a fair trade-in and after taking a good look at the new models, I not only purchased a new MDX but also a new ILX. The sales staff was very knowledgeable, answering every question, and making the whole process as painless as possible. But, most importantly to me, I know that when I bring my new vehicles in for service it will be done right, at a fair price by a friendly staff. Very comforting.

Having bought my previous two cars here I started my search on their web site. After comparing to other sites I knew I had to go back. The people working here are always great, the deals are straight forward and the process is efficient and they make it pleasant. Don't be fooled by 'lower' prices elsewhere: they get you with fees during the process. My wife brings the cars here for service and raves about the experience very time. And when they say something is fixed; it's fixed.

I agree with most that the instrumentation is confounding. I read review where individuals were unhappy with how the transmission shifts. It does shift differently than my prior Sequoia, but I would expect that from a newer vehicle with better fuel efficiency. It handles well, although I have not yet driven it in snow, and accommodates my large family. I expect many years of worry-free, safe driving from an Acura.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

You do not have to have a new car with this dealership to get top quality service not only for your car but for you also! I have been a customer since 1994, my first car was an Integra, and in 1999 I became a proud owner of my TL. Yes! 1999....I have a little old lady and she is going strong! Because of the service departments (both in front and in the back) attention to detail and quality work, I will probably be driving my little old lady for years to come. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I have owned two MDX models and love them. The seats are plush, the cabin is quiet, the ride quality is fantastic, and it really presents itself as a tremendous value in the class. I loved the remote start and seat ventilation as well!

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

My experience was ok. I didn't receive the appreciation gift, but my guess is the item was no longer available of which I totally understand. My concern is the multi-point inspection. On my last visit (3/10/18), my transmission fluid and brake fluid were rated green. On June 26th, I'm now in the red and my battery was not checked off for the inspection. This is alarming to me because I don't know if the last person overlooked it or did the most recent person make a mistake. I am all for taking care of my car, but I don't want to be misled or pay for things that I feel someone is taking advantage of. Especially when I just bought the car last year.

This car met all my needs and has the power for highway cruising. It's comfortable and very nimble for a big SUV. It has tonnes of space and most importantly it's reliable. I used to be a BMW and a Lexus fan but after test driving all 3 back to back, I choose the mdx for it's shear sportiness, reliability and feel. The lexus rx350 f sport was close but the driving experience felt too gentleman for me. The mdx can be a gentleman as well as it can be a rude-boy and that dynamic nature of the MDX is more versatile in my books. I Love my MDX and I'm eyeing for the A-spec version when released!

I've been going to New Country since before it was New Country - but I've stuck around because the experience has been second to none. I bought my first car there in 2004 (Highlander) and my second in 2005 (Camry). We've bought 3 more since then - 2014 RAV4, 2017 Highlander, and just today and 2015 RAV4. Our last two purchases have been through Nick Roberts - super easy to deal with! Very friendly, and explains everything thoroughly. He has also made himself available after the sales to help with any questions. I've serviced my cars exclusively with New Country and can vouch that their service department is excellent and won't overcharge you for unnecessary work. Dwayne Taylor is super helpful and makes sure that everything is right the first time. I highly recommend New Country - and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

It was a great drive and reliability for the price. It has very good suspension and smooth ride. Will most probably buy another Acura in the future.
