Great car selection, not the best customer service

Searched for a car online and went into the dealership knowing exactly which new car I intended to buy. Great facilities and inventory. However, it's clear that the staff isn't used to seeing folks of different ethnicities. I received several pointed questions asking where I was from, comments on my accent, and questions about which languages I spoke. All of which were quite comical as I was born and raised in Indiana, with parents and grandparents also from the Midwest and have the most "Hoosier" accent around. Ultimately I was able to ignore the rude comments/questions but left wishing I had given my business to another dealership. But the deals at this location are much better than the ones on the north side, so that was the ultimate decision-maker. North side treats you right, but the south side is better value in terms of cost.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
Came in to see a car that I saw online. It was a 2008 RDX. Car was very clean. Car drove well. All clean inside. Got a bit off the listed price and picked up the car the next day. Car was detailed and had oul changed too. Drove home. Battery though was weak and died at home. Brought car back and they put new bateery in on a Saturday first thing. Took less than 30 min. Great customer service...
I purchased my second RDX from Continental Acura of Naperville in September 2018. I originally had the 2017 RDX but after seeing the change in body style and cabin of the 2019, I had to have it. Greg Pew and Sharon were awesome during my first purchase and they were again awesome last month. The process was seamless, the time that was spent getting me familiar with the new cabin was great, and the financing process was quick and easy. Found the 2012 Toyota Highlander on a Cars.com search. Contacted the dealer and was responded to immediately. Arrived at the dealership and was met immediately and shown the car which was as described. It was immaculate and dealer had mounted new tires and new brakes. Jesse completed the sales process in an efficient and thorough manner, making sure our questions were addressed. The finance dept. arranged the financing rapidly through our credit union online. The whole process took about 3 hours including test drive. So far I am very pleased with the vehicle and very pleased with the treatment we received at Scanlon Acura.

Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
