I had great time buying my first Acura 2019, I did a lot of resurch before I decided to buy and excited all my expectations. From the first phone call to the dilership with Ron, who actualy couldn't be there for the sale, but texted me thru entire process, making sure that I'm taking care of, to Octavio, my sales guy who was patiently explaining everithing. Everyone was patient with me thru entire process. Answer all my questions and made easy for me to buy a car. Definitely happy customer here

The team was very patient with our indecisiveness and many questions for our first new car purchase in 12 years. So many things have changed with cars compared to our old ones and we appreciate the time that was spent with us!
tReally went back and forth before settling for my mdx.It was a good buy in the end, it was a good buy.Octabiano and Dorian were great and actually were the reason why I made that second trip to buy the car.Thump up to them.
Came in to see a car that I saw online. It was a 2008 RDX. Car was very clean. Car drove well. All clean inside. Got a bit off the listed price and picked up the car the next day. Car was detailed and had oul changed too. Drove home. Battery though was weak and died at home. Brought car back and they put new bateery in on a Saturday first thing. Took less than 30 min. Great customer service...
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.
They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and the dealership.

Had excellent service purchasing from Muller a few year ago when we purchased a new TL. When ready to trade in my old SUV for a new one, I researched a lot of different vehicles. Ultimately settled in the RDX. Lance, sales rep, was not only low pressure, but took a lot of time to thoroughly address all our questions. We were very impressed by his professionalism. We bought the RDX over My second choice who offered us an overall better deal.
Lance was Friendly throughout the sales process. He always took the time to answer any questions I had. He is Extremely knowledgeable in all of the Acura models and helped me decide between the new ILX 2019 model and the 2018 Model. After the sale Lance took the time to set up my new ILX going through all the settings and syncing my cell phone. He introduced me to the service managers and explained the maintenance procedures. I love my Amazing New ILX and the personal attention that lance gives either through Email or Phone, he is always there to answer any Questions. I am very satisfied with everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with at Muller???s Woodfield Acura!
I purchased my second RDX from Continental Acura of Naperville in September 2018. I originally had the 2017 RDX but after seeing the change in body style and cabin of the 2019, I had to have it. Greg Pew and Sharon were awesome during my first purchase and they were again awesome last month.
