I purchased my second RDX from Continental Acura of Naperville in September 2018. I originally had the 2017 RDX but after seeing the change in body style and cabin of the 2019, I had to have it. I leased 2018 TLX and 2018 MDX from Continental Acura with help of Greg Pew. I was very pleased with Greg help and his helpful approach. Continental has serviced my MDX for years; I even bring in my wife's Pilot. They provide a quality service at fair prices and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. I have dealt with Shirley, Dan and Neil in service - all are great. I have dealt with Jerry in purchasing pre-paid service contracts and he is wonderful too. You can see a desire to provide a fabulous service to their customers, it shows from the minute you are greeted. The dealership itself is a perfect place to wait for your vehicle and get some work done, this is my norm. Wi-Fi works well and it is quiet in the office space. The check in & out process takes much longer than it should. I???ve had a few different luxury cars & this is by far the slowest service Dept I???ve met. The check in & out requires a lot of standing/sitting around to get in & out & often I just find someone sitting in their office to help me. I feel like any longer than 10 mins, esp to drop off is just too long. And to be clear, they are not walking to my car & going over things. This is just basic drop off & pick up for service.

I was in a head-on collision in my 2017 MDX and lived to walk out of the hospital. My vehicle was totaled as was the other person’s car who crossed the th double solid center line passing another vehicle. This is the only car I want! My auto brake assist, airbags, and seatbelt did what they were supposed to do.
I had a recall issue addressed on my 2018 MDX. I worked exclusively with Lara Varkas. This is the second time I have worked with her and I hope not the last. Lara is a shining star and an exemplary model of the highest level of customer service. It???s great to drive a fantastic car, but even better when you genuinely like the dealership team members. Thanks for a great experience!
Great Vehicle with Excellent Value for the Money!

I've owned the vehicle for 2 months and it is great. Performance and styling are great and I haven't had anything needing repair so great initial quality (time will tell in regards to long term reliability). Android Auto/Apple Car Play, refined 9 speed and active dampers really make it a joy to drive. Any previous issues/complaints with the ZF9 speed transmission really appear to have been ironed out in my 2019.
Only main gripe so far is the driver foot rest / dead pedal is a bit too close, too wide, and at too steep an angle for comfort. I'm 6' and it bothers me. More of a nuisance then a real problem but definitely wish I had an extra inch or 2 of legroom for my left leg.
Another complaint (minor) is that the Adaptive Cruise Control works but is touchy. While it works well and brings the vehicle to a complete stop in stop and go traffic as advertised, acceleration can be somewhat aggressive/rough at times but overall it works great. Just wish it were a little less agressive with the throttle so it was more smooth.
Compared with the Q7 and QX60 and glad I decided on the MDX.
The Q7 would have been a great vehicle but ultimately I was concerned about long term reliability, cost of maintenance/parts, and the added cost in terms of purchase price and subscription fees to fully use the virtual cockpit/headsup display with navigation/route guidance. In terms of available features and value for the money it's really hard to beat the MDX.
Took my MDX for an expedited oil change. Willie, the service advisor, kept me up to date as to the progress and went over the service check point by point explaining the points not in the green and why they were not in the green.

Overall a phenomenal vehicle! Comfortable, rides smooth, easy to use the technology and leg room is good. Love the hybrid technology, downside of the new one is it only seats 6 instead of 7.
I walked in the dealership knowing what car I wanted, but Max went above and beyond even though it was extremely busy. He helped me move all my stuff from my old car to the one I purchased from him, including my daughter???s car seat. I also, had a chip in the windshield just after I purchased it and made sure I was taken care of when I came back in. Great service!

Very sporty, comfortable, drives like a sports car. We owned a Honda Pilot before this MDX. It does not have some of the options I liked on the Pilot like camera picture when turning right, Highway speed limit on the GPS, head room, only 7 seatbelts as opposed to 8 in the Pilot. But other than that my wife loves the car and as the saying goes ?happy wife happy life?
This is a great place to buy a car. A very friendly dealership. We went to Lexus first, we were treated as if we were not important so we decided to visit Acura since it's across the street, very happy we did.

I asked my sales rep (Luke) to be straight up and he was. I asked that the Sales Mgr. (Mr. Lala) to meet with me personally to finalize the lease and he did. Their up front, no gamesmanship sales won me over.
I always get an excellent service every time I come to get service done on my car. Adam is very helpful and I trust him when he tells me what my car needs . He makes you feel you are an important client. I could also with no appointment and still will give me the service I needed at that moment. Overall I???m very satisfied with the excellent service I get.
Great experience to deal. Definetely to share it among my friends. The distant dealership provide much greater deals and some nagotiation flaxabilities. Me & my wife fully satisfied driving a used car which is so spacious for traveling.Thanks to all.

Feels like my first true luxury car. Handles well and looks absolutely amazing! I wasn’t sure about the gear shift being buttons but it’s great now that I’m accustomed to it!
Recently purchased a Mercedes Gl550 here at Rockland motors. I felt very comfortable dealing with Frank. He did not make me feel pressured into buying and took his time. When choosing the color I wanted, there was one of the easiest choices I have ever made. Still getting use to all the tech. Enjoying the range of driving modes of my Aspec.

This car rides and handles excellently! It has a very smooth transmission and is very reliable. I have already committed to another 3 year MDX lease.
