Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

Love our gently used 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 Turbo wagon. 130k miles on it and we have only had to replace the alternator and battery. Does not burn oil, does not leak oil. Has been a very reliable car. If you do the maintenance and change the oil every 5 thousand miles it will last a long time. Regular oil changes are very important as with any car. Most people don’t do this. The 6 cylinder is one the best engines they have made. Timing chain will last a long time as long as you put new clean oil in the engine every 5k miles. No transmission problems and no differential problems for us. No one likes to spend $2,000 for the 90k service but it’s a big one. Important preventative maintenance will take this car to 200,000 miles. Read the owners manual and follow the service schedule.

My experience with Pierre, our sales agent was nothing but excellent. He showed us the car we wanted and also showed us the other cars in their lot. Bought my 2016 Mustang GT used have had it exactly one year it has 45,000 miles on it, haven't had one problem it runs great and is fast! . And I'm always still getting compliments on it. It looks great, is fun to drive, and still turns heads. This is my 8th Mustang I'm a Mustang fantatic! Love them.

Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. He helped us find the exact car we were looking for and got us a great deal too. We are looking forward to coming back and purchasing another vehicle from him at BMW of Fairfax.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

I am on my third Subaru outback and have had all of my cars exclusively serviced with this dealer for over 15 years. We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Brought my MDX in for timing belt replacement and could not have been more impressed and pleased. The whole dealership was full of Pohanka workers that were all professional, courteous and helpfull. I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

Jason Schaffer was a great salesman and very knowledgeable about the various models and trim packages found on all of the Silverado's we test drove and had a chance to look at. He was also easy to talk to and honest without any of the typical games most others play. Financing was great as well to find the option and warranties that worked best for my situation. I never felt pressured at any step of the way and enjoyed my experience.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I am again impressed by Sheehy. I have purchased 2 cars from their Subaru dealership. I wanted to try something new. Maxx Manu at their Springfield Ford did not disappoint. He provided the warm welcome and lissltened to my concerns and and budget to find the right car. I'll be back to see Maxx again and I would recommend him to anyone!

Have owned 2 Mazda 3 sedans. Purchased my 2014 brand new. It is hands down the best car for the money I have ever owned and I'm 66 years old. Will buy a Mazda anytime!

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.
