I had an overall good experience with Infiniti At Englewood. Leo was great. He was a very warm, friendly and down to earth guy. He handled the sale very well. Everyone there was very friendly. I’m giving 4 stars for just a few things: I did not know I needed a certified check until I got there, luckily my bank was open but it would have been nice to know before showing up. The front desk took a message from me that she would call me first thing on Saturday that my car would be ready and at what time but I did not receive the call. Lastly, the car could have been clean just a tad bit more before pickup. The center though is very clean and modern and all dress very professionally!

This is my second Lease with Open Road Acura on rt 18 and I have to say that this time was such a pleasant experience leasing my brand new 2018 TLX. Raymond Lee made it as painless as possible along with the help of his supervisor and Business Dept (Thanks Michael Young). They were able to accommodate my time, getting me out of the old lease and making sure my payments were affordable. From the sales to the service department (Thanks George), I am an Acura member for life. Thanks to these fellas here at Acura I mentioned above. I feel like I am a valued member of the Acura family.
Recently leased a 2019 RDX with Artie Nevruzian. He was a great salesperson. I would definitely recommended him as well as this dealership. Artie is very accommodating and efficient. He was able to get us a good deal even though our original plan was to shop around and see what other car dealers were offering. Thanks to Artie we stayed with Ramsey Acura. We would like to also mention that David Schnapper in Finance was efficient and understanding as well. He was helpful in understanding the problems I encountered with returning my previous Acura lease.
I've had absolutely horrible service at Route 23 Open Road Acura and I couldn't stand them anymore. A friend recommended I drive a bit more to get great service on my Acura and sent me to Acura of Ramsey. What a difference!!! Once you have terrible service, you warmly welcome honest, respectful and accurate service. From reception to techs to service people I am/was always treated well. The did not try and claim I had things wrong with my car like the other service company previously mentioned. They are quick and their pricing is competitive. On my most recent trip, Tom managed my service impeccably. He communicated well and had me in and out in a half day. Even though I drive 35 minutes it's worth the trip. They really run a great shop here and looking forward to getting a new Acura next year from their sales department!
I brought my TSX in for service and my service advisor was really great. There was a airbag recall on the car and I had a shake in the front right at high speed and they diagnosed it, let me know what was wrong, how it would be fixed and kept me updated the entire time. I got my car back the following day, they gave me a loaner car, and everything is fixed.
I brought my MDX in for new tires. Everything was handled thoroughly and quickly. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. The new tires look great and handle fine. My decision to buy this car from this dealership looks better and better.
Great car buying experience. Everyone is friendly. What I really liked was their internal communication, everyone made us feel connected. Sales consultant Adolphe is very approachable and personable. Loved his work ethics!

Ross understood what features were important to me and explained the benefits of other available options. Ross found a car that met my needs and exceeded my expectations of beauty. In addition this vehicle was a 2019 model and was delivered quickly. I avoided waiting too long. Ross and the dealer were able to work with the dealer who originally ordered this vehicle and make it available for me. The overall experience was great and I am confident that the after-sales relationship and experience will be great.
