Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. Kyle LeSueur had lined this all up (thank you!) and then Steven came out to greet me! Totally floored me and could not have been happier to catch up and laugh about a few more grey hairs, both of us. Why such a poor ride

I have driven cars and big trucks for 30 years, 17 mdx top of the line has the worst ride. I want to turn this back in , for my 04 grand caravan or 87 sentra. It’s AC and seats are great. This is the first car that has ever made me seasick with bouncing and pitching. I drove others, they were not this bad. Will go to the third dealer to see if they can fix. Also, the single reason I won’t buy an acura??? Unless bought at that dealer, the dealer staff does not want to help even if you have a $ 60 k mdx and got service their. Lexus has staff specifically to help with whom you can appt or just walk in. Why has Honda allowed this in Acura ??? I want to support Honda and Acura, but if I need a little help, their dealers should spend a little time

I wrote this in my last review, that I had a possible small problem with a tint on a window, and will write another review either way if it needs to be addressed. We brought the car back 4 months after purchasing , AND THE GREAT TEAM at Mark Kia retinted the blemished window, changed the oil, and practically detailed the car!!! NO CHARGE AS PROMISED - BUY YOUR CAR AT MARK KIA !! They stand behind their product, and most of all STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISES- I had been to every Kia Dealer in the Phoenix area since the end of May. BUY yours HERE from salesman Uncle Abdul and Manager Jack Belsanti. NO nonsense, just tight honest information, and great upfront info on vehicles and pricing. They knew I was serious about buying a new Forte and I knew they were serious about selling one. The finance guy Chad was great in getting the deal DONE, without trying to up the price with unwanted "add ons" . I've been a car salesman here, have bought 20 cars here, and these guys are GREAT- period. and now here's your WARNING- WARNING DON'T BUY a CAR from CAMELBACK KIA a lying bunch of dishonorable people from sales to finance from start to finish. No GO to Mark Kia- I just bought a new Forte there 9/23/15 - See Uncle Abdul and mngr Mark Belsanti - honest, tight clean info- They want to sell cars HONESTLY- I've been looking since the end of May, so listen up- I contacted the Attorney General, so they finally HAD TO give me my prepaid credit cards- I had a deal in place for a Kia at Camelback, and as I stated many times to them, the car had to have CRUISE and KEYLESS entry. the vehicle I CLEARLY STATED I was interested in was to have CRUISE and KEY LESS entry. Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. I agree with most that the instrumentation is confounding. I read review where individuals were unhappy with how the transmission shifts. It does shift differently than my prior Sequoia, but I would expect that from a newer vehicle with better fuel efficiency. It handles well, although I have not yet driven it in snow, and accommodates my large family. I expect many years of worry-free, safe driving from an Acura.

I Love my 2016 Fit. I traded in my 2010 Fit and Autonation gave me a fair price for it. Bruce Kralb and Alan Garcia always made the buying process an enjoyable one. They never pressured us and the gave a final price for the car, that was what I was looking for. Between taking Test drives and sitting down and talking about our options, this has been one of the best car purchasing experiences I ever had. They are just good people. Another good person I would like to praise is Jillian Zimmerman, the Financial service manager. She was great in explaining to us our financial responsibilities as well as any add ons we may wanted to purchase. I bought my car without any tint, with the help of Jillian and Bruce, my tinting service was expedited the day I brought it in. Autonation is just a great place to buy a car from, great people, great prices, and great service. I highly recommend.

I want to start out with, I hate the stress of buying cars. After looking across the Country for a 2015 Passat TDI in Titanium Beige with beige interior and finding only 6 or 7 available, I flew from East Tennessee to Phoenix to purchase the car. I made the purchase through USAA car buying service. I contacted Jermel Parson, Sales Rep. He was so helpful. We made arrangements on line and on the phone. He picked me up at the airport. Jermel is professional, patient, friendly, and helpful. I would deal with him again. I drove 1850 miles home over the next 2 days. The car was like a new car. Of course, it only had 22,000 miles on it. That is the main reason we travelled to Camelback VW to buy the car. It had the lowest miles we could find a that time, at the best price. The vehicle was as described. My car wash guy remarked it looked like a brand new car. More importantly, my wife loves it. Whew! Jarvis Newman, Business Manager, completed the deal and very patiently, guided me through the process. Jarvis was professional, courteous, and friendly. He took the time to go over every part of the transaction and answer all of my questions. I'd been traveling since almost midnight and I was more than a little worn out. That's when I get a little goofy and my senseless humor rears up. Jarvis suffered through in good humor and we completed the deal. I feel Jarvis went beyond the average requirements and really took care to help us come to a mutually beneficial transaction. This was one of the best major purchase encounters I have experienced. I just began my search for a new car and wanted to get more familiar with the Acura RDX to help me with my decision. I was expecting to be brushed off by the salesmen, because I was upfront with my intent of my visit. However, Chris Hefke was very kind and took his time showing me all about the car. He was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated his help. The new RDX is beautiful and drives like a dream. Although, I did not purchase a car today I will definitely be back when I am ready.

We Leased our TLX Acura 3.5 V6 on 4/10/2017.. "Darren Maus", was an outstanding sales professional... He, and the entire personnel of Acura of Peoria, provided to us a superior customer service . From Darren Maus our Salesman, to Paul Brown the Sales Manager, to Ben Quail the General Sales Manager, to Ray Garcia in the financing, everyone was very kind and accommodating. We never expected that we would have be treated so well. For instance, John Lozano, another Salesman, went on his own and picked up a pizza for me and my wife since we had no lunch.... We spend most of our time with Darren Maus, who in the end, did an exceptional delivery of the car to us. This car had many new technological and electronic functions. Darren Maus explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We really enjoyed immensely leasing our new car from "Acura of Peoria". I sooo enjoyed buying a TLX from Alex Gonzalez in 2014, that I was happy to go back to him to buy an RDX this year. Even before the new model RDXs had arrived and details were few, Alex shared all the info he was privy to and kept me apprised of updates as he received them. He contacted me when the first RDXs arrived earlier this fall, inviting me in for a test drive at my convenience. When I finally dropped in for a test drive on a service visit for my TLX, Alex was unavailable but he took care to ensure that I was handled and all my questions answered. Alex's follow up over the subsequent weeks was pressure free. A few weeks later on another service visit, Matthew cleverly arranged for a new RDX as a service loaner, which I kept for a long weekend providing ample time to explore the new car and its various features (which were much different from my TLX). The long test drive was really valuable. In follow up, Alex worked up numbers knowing my requirements and allowed me to decide at my own pace. Once the details were settled, Alex provided regular updates on vehicle delivery and ensured all would be in order when I came in to complete the sale. The process was smooth and speedy, in and out in a couple hours, including a thorough walk through of the new RDX. I couldn't be happier with Acura of Peoria and, specifically, Alex Gonzalez for providing a great purchase experience!

Good power and that’s basically the only thing this car has to offer. I had 2015 Pilot before, thinking that going to MDX was an upgrade. In reality not so much. Interior is cramped. No window opening in the back tailgate. Not much storage in it vs Pilot. Bunch of electric issues. I work in IT for a living but I tell you this car has too many buttons in console. Turning on AC is like launching space rocket. Overall bad interior design all together. Another issue is sluggish transmission. In a parking lot or a mall going to reverse and forward just drive you crazy. For the money this car cost, there are better options out there.

I received a courtesy call from Martin in the internet sales department. He was just looking to check in and see how my 2016 MDX was doing. Unfortunately, I had to tell him it was totaled in 2017 about 4 days after Thanksgiving. I told him I was in the market, but not until about a month or two from now. He offered to set an appointment so I could check out the new MDX models. I agreed to come on and look, but I was not looking to buy. Martin had a family thing come up so Aaron Seabaugh helped me out. It turns out Aaron sold me my original MDX. Aaron remembered me and made me feel like I was at home. I told Aaron was I was looking to spend and after looking at a few 2019 MDX???s I left the dealership. I texted Aaron later that day and I asked for a quote on the MDX Aspec I saw. Aaron sent me a quote later that day and it was still higher than what I wanted to pay. I told Aaron to get back to me when he could get the price down to what I wanted. He said that maybe a month or so because they were still looking to close out the 2018 models. Martin got back to me when he returns to the office and let me know that Aaron and him had been working with their boss to get the price down. This was Martin???s for sale so there boss was pretty flexible on pricing. I agreed to come down on Saturday, September 8 to purchase the car at the negotiated price. I came in and my new car was already detailed and ready to go. I was in and out the door in an hour and a half with my brand new car. This was the best negotiation and seamless experience that I have ever had buying a car. I never thought that Erin and Acura of Peoria could outdo my first experience in 2016 but they managed to do it again. Martin was awesome to work with even though he was new and I???m sure he has a bright future in the car sales business. I am a customer for life.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This was the only vehicle that caught my eye. I had my Nissan for 13 years and decided to upgrade and I’m happy the Acura MDX did just that. Smooth ride & very comfy compared to my Murano. I was able to find a 2016 with under 26,000 miles at a great price so that makes me love it even more !! :)

Went on TrueCar.Com searching SUV’s. One of the dealer listings were Radley Acura went to site and saw just what I was looking for an Acura MDX. This truck is awesome Black Copper Pearl exterior and interior is Brown/Chocolate. I absolutely love this vehicle. I claimed the offer got there and everything was hassle free. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect and I thought it was going to be like other experiences elsewhere just being told and sold. But here at Radley that was not the case, I met a great group of sales person, managers, and financing. From the door out everything was simple and straight forward. What made this experience even BETTER was Mr. Jordan Jenkins (Finance Manager at Radley). Mr. Jenkins omgee was more than awesome if I could give him 10 stars I would. I mean he made the financing process so easy and smooth, he knows his stuff awesome job. He treated me like family as I seen his reaction with anyone he came in contact with. He’s awesome!!! He even came in on his day off to complete my paperwork and to ensure that everything went accordingly. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

My wife and I originally came into the dealership looking to purchase a used Acura MDX. We met with Alex and he walked us through the history of the vehicle and the current condition. After going on a test drive, we knew that this was not the vehicle for us because of it???s current condition. We mentioned to Alex that we were open to leasing but didn???t understand how it worked. Alex jumped right in to answer all of our questions and did a great job explaining the benefits of leasing for people like my wife and I. After looking at the 2018 MDX???s, we found the one we really wanted and Alex made it happen. Working with his superviser, Alex made the deal we wanted become a reality. I love this vehicle. I have put 80,000 miles. This is my second Acura. Went back after trying BMW and Mercedes. They were to costly to maintain and always had expensive mechanical issues. I have had no mechanical or maintenance issues AT ALL with my Acura

Aaron Seabaugh guided me through the entire car-buying process - from the moment I stepped on the lot, to handing me the keys. Aaron exhibited all the traits a person buying a new vehicle would appreciate: friendly, courteous, highly-knowledgable, professional, etc.. In addition, Aaron answered all my questions & concerns in a thorough, non-patronizing manner. When it came to discussing all the options available to my vehicle, Aaron did an exceptional job in explaining the benefits of add-ons (paint protection, vehicle tracking, etc.), but never pressured me into purchasing accessories/add-ons that I didn't feel I would get much benefit from. At no point was Aaron adversarial - in fact, I felt like Aaron performed as an advocate for me, and I appreciate his assistance during the exciting, but overwhelming, process of buying a new vehicle. I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Overall it does the job. It shut down on us 1 time traveling on highway out of state. Went from 70mph to nothing at all and had to pull over on highway. Found out there was a software glitch they had to fix. Was a little scary.

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

I made my purchase on 5/19/2018. I am so happy with my vehicle! The website was super user friendly, I really liked the filters you can apply to give you all the options at the terms you want. I appreciated the fact that I could get my personalized financing terms without a hard hit on my credit, in the event I didn't go through with a purchase. The customer advocates on the phone and at the store were all really friendly. This was actually a really fun experience, getting to have my car come down from the vending machine and put into a bay just for me. No hassle, no haggling, no commission driven salespeople, it was great! And I have received follow up calls from both Carvana and the financing company asking how I'm liking my car and explaining everything. This has been a great experience from start to finish!
