I worked with John and Rosie as well as a young tech guy. I found them each easy to work with as well as honest and friendly. The car I was buying had just come in with a bad tire but they changed it out for me. I drove from Austin to buy my car and I am glad I did! Totally worth the drive.

I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax.
I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model.
I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. So blessed to have found this place. I wanted a white porsche panamera for under 35K. They didn't have one in stock but I put a $500 deposit down and they found me one in 4 days. It had less miles and a year newer then what i was expecting them to find for me. Talk to fred if your looking for a particular color and they don't have it. He will come thru
I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they???re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn???t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won???t do that.
The sales person Jay who was with us was amazing .. undoubtedly he did his best and is still helpful when in need 😍 .. the PROBLEM we had was with the FINANCIAL HEAD who at the crucial moment after finalizing everything kept a check that we had to opt for financing only in the bank they stated with highest APR and was forced to select the highest repayment period .. so just be mindful during the final moments before signing the papers .. We were having drama had a critter very up in our car eat wires destroy stuff. They got our cat right in gave us quote, went over options, was so caring. Had us fixed immediately. Thank you so much for always providing great service and care.
I want to thank you for the excellent service that I was provided with yesterday. I usually dread going to any dealership to have my car serviced and prolong my visits as much as I can (this cannot be good for my car in the long run). Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.
Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later on June 9th, destiny brought us back to Audi Grapevine from a completely unexpected plan. We were on the way to another dealership to close out a deal w/ BMW X3, we stopped by Audi Grapevine to check out a new positing for an 2012 Audi Q5 without much expectations.

He enthusiastically showed us all how these features, MMI for example, work. He was also extremely friendly answering all the questions we had and reached out to Jameson, his manager, for additional information. Finally, he coordinated w/ the service department to clean the exterior and interior of the car like new b4 handing the keys to us.
We've been extremely happy w/ our 2012 Audi Q5 car. Our dream car could not have happened without Vincent's enthusiasm and Jameson's willingness to work w/ us. You guys rock!!!
